The manager here today was very professional and took care of my issue promptly. It's difficult working with the public. All these works deserve a pat on the back. I used to say out loud to my employees service with a smile always keep that in mind.

Hallie, *the manager* refused to let me use both drink and fries coupon. And I will say that that Might be the policy but the ENTIRE TIME THEY SOLD THOSE COUPONS they never adhered to that rule. Now that they are in the last weeks they pull the plug on not following policy now that they made their goal. I might visit due to proximity but more than likely , depending if both in town are owned by the same person will either visit the other establishment(s) if different owner or simply give your food up..Haven't eaten McDonald's in over 15 years I think ill survive without you. Im a happy positive person but movi g target rules are*gotcha* practices and bad faith business. Been visiting store 2432 since I moved here. Hallie needs a different line of work.

Tonight I come thru my local drive thru here and have never had such poor customer service. Right from the beginning of my order the girl who.is taking orders is rude..she says what do you want?..kinda stunned..I say I would like a double cheeseburger meal..ahe interrupted me..and asked if I want a value fry..I'm confused and say no..I want my meal..and I say I would like a coke to drink with that..she says in a rude tone like a child...okay..and I said Thank you. I drive to the 1st window and pay..seems okay..get to the pick up window and the dude who gives me my drink says it will be out in a minute..I say okay..Thank you. Some girl comes to the window and hands me my order and says have a good day..in a snotty voice..I'm just again confused at why the rude tone and the snide looks from both people at the pick up window...and I look in my bag..no fries after I asked for a meal...why no fries..and my sandwich is covered in mustard and a mess..apparently you can't just order tonight cuz they all seem like they hate their jobs at BK. I was just at burger King and we had ordered 4 whoppers with everything on it minus the onion on one of them and four original crispy chicken sandwiches with all with cheese and light lettuce they did not come with any cheese and when we call to complain about it the night manager said we can't do nothing about that if you guys ate all of them and we had said that they won't accept the food back because it's against the law because if you don't know what they are poisoned or not well the night manager hung up on us and when you want to call them back they are not answering nothing the night shift is very rude and disrespectful I think that Burger King needs to hire other employees that are respectful night shift is very disrespectful especially the night manager needs to be dealt with.

Usually don't leave reviews for something like this because although I have never worked fast food, I have been a waitress and bartender for many years. This is the second time in two weeks that I have tried burger long and I never eat there but I am definitely reminded why. Last week I can in about 10:45 which okay they close at eleven, so they were probably getting ready to close. The parking lot and drive thru were empty. My food was literally ice cold, not just the fries either, my whopper was cold as can be. Why ever stay open if you aren't going to have fresh food. Could have said hey we have everything closed down and all we have is cold food that has been sitting here and that is what you will receive for your 20 dollars.Now this morning I try again and order 2 breakfast sandwiches, again, the parking lot was empty and one care in the drive thru behind me. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Get home to eat them before I go to work because I àm very hungry. I open bacon sandwich up and it's a croissant. So disappointed. I DO NOT like croissants. Now again for the second time in a weeks time my dog will get to eat my food because I don't have time to go back. I would understand if they were busy that someone made a mistake but when I am your only customer, how do you mess up the only order you have.
