I was just at burger King and we had ordered 4 whoppers with everything on it minus the onion on one of them and four original crispy chicken sandwiches with all with cheese and light lettuce they did not come with any cheese and when we call to complain about it the night manager said we can't do nothing about that if you guys ate all of them and we had said that they won't accept the food back because it's against the law because if you don't know what they are poisoned or not well the night manager hung up on us and when you want to call them back they are not answering nothing the night shift is very rude and disrespectful I think that Burger King needs to hire other employees that are respectful night shift is very disrespectful especially the night manager needs to be dealt with.

Usually don't leave reviews for something like this because although I have never worked fast food, I have been a waitress and bartender for many years. This is the second time in two weeks that I have tried burger long and I never eat there but I am definitely reminded why. Last week I can in about 10:45 which okay they close at eleven, so they were probably getting ready to close. The parking lot and drive thru were empty. My food was literally ice cold, not just the fries either, my whopper was cold as can be. Why ever stay open if you aren't going to have fresh food. Could have said hey we have everything closed down and all we have is cold food that has been sitting here and that is what you will receive for your 20 dollars.Now this morning I try again and order 2 breakfast sandwiches, again, the parking lot was empty and one care in the drive thru behind me. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Get home to eat them before I go to work because I àm very hungry. I open bacon sandwich up and it's a croissant. So disappointed. I DO NOT like croissants. Now again for the second time in a weeks time my dog will get to eat my food because I don't have time to go back. I would understand if they were busy that someone made a mistake but when I am your only customer, how do you mess up the only order you have.

I got a bacon melt and my boyfriend got a quad stacker and they can actually do it and it's actually cheaper than the stacker.
Everytime I don’t order off the app, I can never get my crowns and I can’t fill out a survey because I don’t have a transaction ID. I’m like okay sure whatever, then I get my food and it’s old, can’t remember the last time I got new fries, hashbrowns, or sandwich that don’t have crunchy buns or biscuits. Like come on. I’m so tired of getting bad food and I can’t even get free food with crowns. Where’s my transaction ID?????? And can y’all hire people that speak? they never say anything and just hand you food. Just give me a transaction Id it’s like a one in five chance I get it, are the employees stealing the crowns????????
