The staff is really nice along with the ice cream. My family loves it so much we come at least once a week. I’ve never been unsatisfied with any of my choices. Definitely my favorite place to get ice cream.

The owners do not have the temperament to accept reviews. They stalk those who give negative reviews making it risky to review their business with anything negative. They will hunt you down and make it personal. Bullys and mean spirited.

Inaccurate list of ingredients. I specifically asked about the use of corn syrup because I’m incredibly allergic to it. I was given a booklet with ingredients for each flavor. I read the ingredients for chocolate 3 times, it clearly said cane sugar. 3 days later, I’m still suffering from being exposed to corn syrup. It’s going to be a long, miserable week.

I would give zero stars if possible. Owner is a bully! Maybe consider if being an owner of a PUBLIC business that receives PUBLIC reviews is a good fit for your temperament. If a less than stellar review is submitted she and Trenton think it’s ok to hunt down the reviewer and post unfounded reviews on their private business page. Disgraceful and lacks integrity.

Crazy long wait. Training new staff. Not organized. The ice cream was delicious, but not worth the 20 minute wait.

Supposed to open at Noon . Crew Leader got there 11:55. Workers funneled in from noon to 12:15pm. Locking the door in between workers as we were waiting to get in. Finally when a young man got there they decided to unlock the doors and turn the open sign on. No one apologized for opening late and barely greeted us. Icecream was delicious. Probably a good thing since their customer service is subpar.

had chocolate chips in the vanilla ice cream meant for our dog. They helped fix it.
We got a large chocolate malt, a double cup of black michigan cherry, and a single of vanilla in a cup for the dog. It was busy and packed because it was about 8:45pm. Idk if the associate misheard in the rush. When we got the ice cream and restated it was for a dog they corrected it and we got a soft cup instead of a hard cup. It was under Aaron2 when they took my name for checkout if you want to ratify.
Great atmosphere, fun ice cream parlor. Ice cream was great, the five of us each had a different flavor and we were all happy with our choices. We wanted to stop on our way home but we went by too early. Hopefully we can stop next year.

The butter pecan was pretty plain. They didn't have any small sizes for the snowstorm things. Heard the Cinnabon snowstorm was good. I had three stars so I'm not sure why it showed one so I am editing to make sure it shows.
