Went there for dinner last night on Good Friday, 6:00 pm. Huge disappointment. Before we were seated we were told they had no fish, no steak, no turkey and no Alfredo. We both ordered Spagetti. The noodles were cold and hard, sauce had a tomato vine in mine. It was pasty thick not saucy. I ordered a small side salad and my diced tomatoes you could tell were on the verge of going bad. Waitress was nice but not very attentive. They definately weren't busy. Did not ask if we wanted refills until we were done. Just wanted to leave. Didn't eat much. Won't ever go back. Gone downhill so much. Don't waste your money. So sad for Cadillac.

I ordered chicken strip meal, waitress come back no chicken. So I ordered a club sandwich with no tomato, she comes back no turkey but can do extra ham. It comes with tomato on it. Husband ordered chocolate chip pancake and daughter plain, she got his and hers had some chocolate chips in it.The cheese sticks and onion rings were good. As we were finishing they ran out of ice for the drinks.Not impressed won't be back

We had stopped at Cast Iron in Cadillac for breakfast today. Waitress was very nice and good at her job. Received our order and it was plated wrong We fixed at table waitress offered to take back to kitchen. I ordered breakfast special 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon toast Eggs were cold hash browns were like warm and toast was cold and dry It was like they put toast down first before even starting food. My wife had chicken fried steak, meat was thin looked like 1/4” thick with a 1/2” breading on each side Her hash browns were also cold and toast was cold also. This is the forth time we have visited and every time it has gotten worse. Coffee was good But they were not that busy and understaffed in Dining area and I suspect the kitchen also. We will definitely try someplace else

Don't know what happened in the last few months but the portions for the cost are definitely gone downhill.

Had dinner here tonight and it was awful. I ordered a patty melt medium well, it came out with parts of it medium and others mid rare, and on Texas toast instead of rye. Decided to try and eat it, but the blood on the bread ruined it for me made it through about a quarter of it. The waitress did take it off the bill, but if she would have checked on us within the first few bites she could have had it fixed right away. She never came over until my partner was already almost done with his meal. I could be more understanding if it was busy, but we were 1 of 5 tables in the whole restaurant, now I understand why. This is the second time we have come here and the food has been subpar. It will be the last, I have frequented the locations in Manton and Traverse City both are fantastic. I would steer clear of this one. Sad because we are only a few blocks away. We will just keep driving to 13th Street where the service and food are always great.

Delicious variety of foods. Closed Mondays. I really like it.

On the positive side the servings were good sized, prices were good and the waitress was friendly. But my liver was over cooked/burnt when I asked for medium rare and the cole slaw was inedible.
