Funny moment at DQ Mt Plesant, MI we bordered large blizzards and the guy flipped the blizzard and it dumped all over the counter!!! We are still laughing about that. They ate the nicest employees ever and we have never had any complaints. They are always spot on with our orders no matter how complicated my friend can be!!! Keep your head up DQ we all have our days.

The young lady who took our order was wonderful. My issue with my experience here is that if you have someone in "training", that person needs guidance, and this young lady's boss did absolutely nothing to provide it. Instead of explaining to her how to make things for those waiting, he just let her wait for him on his own time, only worrying about "drive-through customers". I'm giving 5 stars because I know how hard everyone here works. All I will say, is that if you are in a hurry and there is anything joining on in town or it's sunny, Prepare to wait and don't be rude and in a rush.
