Was really looking forward to trying this place out. We get there a few minutes before they open at noon and they start off by opening the doors a few minutes late (no bid deal but I feel like a restaurant should open up on time or a few minutes esrly) then as we are greated they say they will not be ready to start taking orders for an additional 30 minutes... just unacceptable, will never go back

It was my first time eating here, and I was impressed. I was told by the waitress that the inside was recently renovated with vaulted ceilings. There is an upper floor, which I believe is for private parties. There is an outside deck. The deck and the main room face Lake Cadillac. I ordered the BBQ ribs and dockside smashed potatoes. The food was delicious. The ribs were very tender and moist topped with a Texas BBQ sauce that was just a tad sweet and spicy. Half a rack went for about $14. Will definitely stop here again.

Food was ok. Fry's had zero flavor. The service was beyond slow never seen our server waited forever just to get waters. I will be skipping this spot and trying out a different place in town next time I come through.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. The service was nothing to brag about. The prices were outrageous. They served us outdated hot sauce. The Morel soup my other half ordered. She got food poisoning from. For a place that's advertised as high class. I would expect much better.
First off, excellent location, right on Lake Cadillac, and convenient to the Lake Cadillac Resort, if you're staying there. If you can score a table outside, go for it. We ordered a variety of starters instead of main courses. I thought everything was excellent, but my wife was a bit meh about some of it. So we'll go with my take....the bruschetta was very tasty. It was a bit unusual with the balsamic glaze drizzle, but i thoroughly enjoyed it... The naan & chips with hummus was great too. In fact, that was some of the best naan bread we ever had...kudos to the chef on that one! We also got the Margherita flatbread which was excellent and tasty. Despite it being a bit pricey, our food was high quality, and not your standard issue Northwoods fare. We had leftovers, which was part of our dinner later that evening, so it worked out.

Went there for a very special dinner with 4 other guests for a 50th anniversary. The 1st thing I ordered they were out of. So I ordered something else. They were out of that too. Ordered a 3rd thing and server came back to tell me they were out of it also. Fourth time was a "charm". When I got my ribs they were good but lacking in sauce. My husband ordered the walleye. He couldn't eat it. Too fishy. To top it all off, we got charged for one of the items they didn't have. I don't blame the server, except for the extra charge. But this was 5pm. How can they be out of 3 items? This is an upscale restaurant. We thought so anyway. Very disappointing to say the least.

Found this gem driving back from Manistee. Actually turned around to go back. The server let us know that they had a party upstairs and she would get to us shortly but took our drink and appetizers orders. We sat out on the deck facing Cadillac Lake, so the atmosphere was fantastic. Food a little pricey but was very good. Overall it is a good place to relax and enjoy the day and good food. If we travel that way again, it will be a stop we make.

Great service excellent front staff. Food was underwhelming at best. Prices were high for the quality of the food. If food matched price and location it would be a great place to dine. Burger tasted spoiled, French onion soup was not as expected nor did it taste good. Fries were good tho. We won’t be back I should have just went across to Burke’s but I wanted to try something new ?♂️ I know better now
