It was my first time eating here, and I was impressed. I was told by the waitress that the inside was recently renovated with vaulted ceilings. There is an upper floor, which I believe is for private parties. There is an outside deck. The deck and the main room face Lake Cadillac. I ordered the BBQ ribs and dockside smashed potatoes. First off, excellent location, right on Lake Cadillac, and convenient to the Lake Cadillac Resort, if you're staying there. If you can score a table outside, go for it. We ordered a variety of starters instead of main courses. I thought everything was excellent, but my wife was a bit meh about some of it. So we'll go with my take....the bruschetta was very tasty. It was a bit unusual with the balsamic glaze drizzle, but i thoroughly enjoyed it... The naan & chips...
Went there for a very special dinner with 4 other guests for a 50th anniversary. The 1st thing I ordered they were out of. So I ordered something else. They were out of that too. Ordered a 3rd thing and server came back to tell me they were out of it also. Fourth time was a "charm". When I got my ribs they were good but lacking in sauce. My husband ordered the walleye. He couldn't eat it. Too fishy. To top it all off, we got charged for one of the items they didn't...
