Order 2 pizza and some garlic knots. The pizza was absolutely terrible, took one bite from each pizza and threw the pieces back in the box and returned it all. Gave us a refund but I definitely wouldn’t go back. Garlic knots were absolutely terrible as well.

If 0 stars was an option it would be given, I ordered a few days ago and honestly I dont know if there has been a shift in management? or if they just stopped caring because my pizza was horrible the gentleman at the counter was rude and it took half an hour for one pizza i understand being busy but just 2 months ago i came in during a rush period and the gentleman with the long hair got my food out in 15 minutes on a much larger order. you have lost my business.

The shift supervisor/manager was very rude to the other two employees and swore a number of times at them. He almost hit the female employee at one point. I loved the food, but could not stand the treatment of employees.

Be Kind

We stopped in on 10/4 around 5 p.m. and ordered two pizzas and garlic knots. The gentleman who served us (wearing a hat with lots of pins, 5 o’clock shadow, maybe around 45) was absolutely amazing! He took the time to answer all our questions and even hand-delivered our pizza while we waited in the dining room. In today’s world, you just don’t come across customer service like that anymore! I really hope the big boss reads this and understands exactly how valuable that man is to your team.

The guy making food was slamming stuff around and constantly swearing and using the Lord's name in vain. He was miserable to be around. I've never seen someone in a workplace with such a negative attitude. On multiple occasions he was acting like he was going to hit the female coworker working the same shift. He was also very disrespectful to that girl. He made the whole experience miserable. Don't go, especially don't bring your kids here unless you want them in that type of environment. He was the bleached blonde haired guy with a beard. I think he was shift supervisor perhaps, not sure. Please check the cameras for Oct 3rd closing shift.

This particular location have the worst service at night. They cancel your order without notice, or deliver the wrong product. Always ready to give you an excuse but not an apology.
I had ordered during the day time and they are slow but on point. At night is a total disaster.
In my last order, I had to choose to pick up to ensure get my order and even when the app said skip the line and make you feel good, it’s just a false perception, I had to wait for my order and the employee got their food before me even when they ordered after me.
