This is a must stop! The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and what a fun atmosphere! There is so much fun memorabilia all over the walls. Everything is firehouse themed including the names of the food. My breakfast, Dalmatian Chow, actually came in a dog dish!!! So tasty, can't wait to go back!

3rd time visiting tonight. I have never been disappointed. We all enjoyed our meals. Ticket to kitchen was submitted late in error and they offered us an appetizer on the house. I got the Firehouse 115 salad, and have to say it was the best Michigan Cherry/Apple Salad I have had. Raspberry vinaigrette with the soft bread crumb croutons won me over. Stephanie rocked as a waitress. Desserts looked scrumptious also, but too full to have desert also. Will definitely be top choice for stopping when we drive from Up North 131 to GR, which is quite frequent for us.

I really enjoyed by visit here. I liked the theme of the restaurant. My waitress was very nice and polite. She made sure we were taken care of. The food was very delicious. I had country biscuits and gravy. Overall, good experiance

Stopped in this place while we were passing through the area. First I must say if you are a local from Cadillac then you will get everything you need before anyone else is served. The place was almost empty not crowded at all. The wait staff brought out the wrong food then had to go back to the kitchen to ask if the plate was correct. (Know the menu) itbwasnt. They brought me someone else's food. Then took it back and gave it to the person it was for. What if I had taken a bite? the location was clean and the atmosphere was ok. But the lack of attention the server had was rough. If you can't keep the drinks full why should you get a tip? Food was ok mediocre at best. Chicken was suppose to have a mustard sauce on it Suppose to as the menu stated but didn't. The onion rings were soggy, Soggy means the fryers are NOT temping correctly. All in all not worth the time or money.

Would love to review this restaurant, but when they do not observe their listed dining hours, it's rather difficult. This is not the the first time this has happened. I called before we left our home, and a recording came on with no info that they were closed. They even have a "Specials" board up with meals listed and, it was during the weekend. Maybe someday......

Extremely slow service and food was incorrect when it came out. Took an hour and a half for a party of 2 to order/eat/pay...wouldn't recommend.

Horrible service. We sat over an hour before our food arrived, and our waitress stopped at our table twice during this time. Once our food finally arrived, it was incorrect. Will never come back.

Server was friendly. She was quick to seat us and submit our order. It took 35 minutes to get our food after that. We both said that our food was good but not any different than any other restaurant (we ordered a Reuben and a club sandwich). Right after we got our food they closed the kitchen to taking orders because they were slammed. In hindsight, we should have ordered breakfast. Those plates looked delicious!

Stopped in on our way downstate. We have visited this establishment before and was highly satisfied with everything. Today was no exception. We we’re greeted immediately and promptly seated. The food and service was great. There was some excitement this morning . One of the patrons had a medical emergency and Angel stepped right in. She took control of the situation like the true professional she is. I’ve worked in the medical field for forty years and I’ve seen chaotic moments. I never had to see if I could help in anyway. She emitted such calmness from talking to the 911 dispatcher , the patron’s wife (whom she was concerned about driving to the hospital alone) and all of the other patrons seated and new ones walking in . I knew she had this all under control. My husband and I congratulated her on doing such a great job under pressure. She said she was so nervous but never did we see any of this. Just wanted to let her know GREAT JOB ANGEL.

Great food and welcoming staff! A place founded by a family of firefighters featuring a variety of food with a few eclectic twists. Try the “Dalmatian Chow” (biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bacon or sausage and two eggs) served in a dog bowl. The patch wall features uniform patches from first responders from all over as well as a “back patch” from the EMS Roaddocs motorcycle group. Come in and enjoy a hearty meal in a family atmosphere.
