Sadly, i was hungry and in a hurry as I drove through Cadilac. Having been bombarded by ads with Devito and Manning i gave into the temptation and ordered a cheese steak from Jersey MIke's. The best I can say is that the service was fast and pleasant. The sanwich was subpar. Devito and Manning hav bad taste.

First time ever going to this place. I Walked in and was never greeted by the person in front. Note, I was the only customer there when I walked in, So I just kind of looked around, looked at the menu, waiting for her because she was wiping off counters. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt of being busy. Two separate people walked in behind me and were greeted and served before a tall young man came up from the back and said hello to me and asked me what I wanted. It only took that first person working up front to ruin the whole experience. But....the food was good 👍🏼

Today was my first day trying Jersey Mike's subs Cadillac, Michigan it was delicious. The service was spectacular. Everybody was very nice and helped you through. Since I really didn't know much of what I was doing, there was a gentleman there named John. His personality and friendliness made my sandwich taste even better. That is one employee you are lucky to have. Everybody was very nice. It's refreshing to have good people like this to service you. Thank you

Ordered the #64 portobello mushroom sub. It was awful. Couldn't eat it. Felt sick immediately after eating.
Great sub. First time having one today. Was told be better than subway and I'm surprised to say that yes they are shout out to Isabella and crew

I been to jersey mikes in cadillac 4 times, but 3 of those times when I get home, I live a half hour away mind you, my order is completely wrong. When I call and tell them they just say bring it back. I tell them I live a half hour away and they just say then there is nothing they can do. So I just wasted $40 each time, because it goes I the garbage. Terrible customer service, love Jersey Mike's food, but won't be going back to the cadillac restaurant anymore.
