Messed up my order, the manager refused to reimburse because I had bit into the sandwich. 16$ down the drain. Absolute jerk. Sandwich they gave was 1 slice of ham and 9000 pickles. Like what? Didn't even apologize. 0, don't support this location.

I’ve never had a worse experience with any food place in my entire life. The staff was incredibly rude and the manager was even more rude. Messed up my order and when asked to fix it she laughed in my face and then started joking about me with her workers

Watch out if you order delivery they said they deliver and had me pay then afterwards they said they can't go that far but it's already made so they can't refund either I will not be ording here again

Welcome to Cadillac Jimmy John’s! I’ve now stopped there for lunch 3 times in 2 weeks, for a place just opening, the staff if friendly, sharp, and freaky fast! They are at the south end of town, right on Mitchell street, with easy on and out with a spacious parking lot. For sure a 5-star JJ location!

They just changed their online ordering policy. Can't order on the app and then pay cash when you get there to pick up your sandwich. They just lost a long time customer and I'm sure that I am just the first of many. Bad business decision.....

My wife and I went there for lunch but it wasn’t bad but they didn’t have many condiments to put in the sand which. Couldn’t heat it up at all. They out the lettuce or greens on one side. And all the meat on the other side. I would choice subway

My favorite sandwich place in town :) The delivery only takes 15 minutes although I do live quite close. They are always friendly and fast with pickup orders. The store is clean and well air conditioned! The delivery drivers are so sweet for the short interactions I experience and I don't quite understand why so many people complain about the prices.. you'd pay a similar price for a sandwich combo at Subway or GnD.. Personally the price is perfect for me!

Employees are chintzy with extras when you add them to your order (ONE PIECE OF BANANA PEPPER WHEN ASKED FOR!)
and the attitudes of the employees are the worst. No manners and no training on customer service.

First, they were rude when we called to let them know they made my sub wrong. And second, they refused to take any accountability for making my sub wrong because I refused to drive back to Cadillac, an extra 35 miles, to return back to their store for them to make my sub correctly and throw the old one out. I tried to take off the extra toppings and eat it, but it was just gross and soggy, and I had to throw it away. I will not go there again. Spend your money elsewhere, people. Go somewhere that has better customer service.
