I love the food and the fact that it can be toasted now but when I order yesterday I did not get 2 of the right subs and this no expansion only 1 of the 3 subs I order was right and the other 3 were wrong ( 2 giants and 1 half thats what I mean 3 of what I got) this is out of cadillac

If you get takeout, you have to fill your own drinks - but that makes sense since you don't want all the ice to melt. On the plus side, they only take like 5-10 minutes TOPS to make a pickup order for 4-5 people. And for in town delivery, it only takes 20-30 minutes during lunch/dinner time.....but only 15-20 minutes if you order during off hours.

Delicious subs I like the jimmy Cubano and Italian night club and the spicy Italian the giant size is a good value I think classic to go restaurant atmosphere delicious smells and aromas when you enter and good food and service no complaints I’ll be back

Parking leaves a lot to be desired if they could work on getting a few parking places for normal people here again it would help
Messed up my order, the manager refused to reimburse because I had bit into the sandwich. 16$ down the drain. Absolute jerk. Sandwich they gave was 1 slice of ham and 9000 pickles. Like what? Didn't even apologize. 0, don't support this location.

I’ve never had a worse experience with any food place in my entire life. The staff was incredibly rude and the manager was even more rude. Messed up my order and when asked to fix it she laughed in my face and then started joking about me with her workers

Welcome to Cadillac Jimmy John’s! I’ve now stopped there for lunch 3 times in 2 weeks, for a place just opening, the staff if friendly, sharp, and freaky fast! They are at the south end of town, right on Mitchell street, with easy on and out with a spacious parking lot. For sure a 5-star JJ location!

They just changed their online ordering policy. Can't order on the app and then pay cash when you get there to pick up your sandwich. They just lost a long time customer and I'm sure that I am just the first of many. Bad business decision.....
