Terrible wait times. Staff seems clueless and the place is grossly understaffed. No napkins, no spork, no ice in my drink. Saturday I was told it would be 40 minutes for food. I could get that faster at a sit down restaurant in town.

CADILLAC MICHIGAN. Not impressed with haveing to use a kiosk. Service was extremely slow. We dined in. There was one gentleman waiting for a bucket of chicken to go, for over 50 minutes. We waited for 20 minutesfor our meal. Our order was wrong, and then I had to settle for something I didn't really want, because they were out of what I had ordered, and it was at least a 30 minute wait. And then our potatoes were cold, and I had to ask for cups for our drinks...... NOT HAPPY....

Every time I go to the drive through when I order they are out of the original chicken. So I order online 1 hour out, plenty of time to make sure original chicken will be done and ready, so mind you I’m already a paid costumer. 10 minutes after my pick up time and 9 cars have went through the drive through I’m told they are out of original chicken😡
The customer service was great. They told me promptly that it would be a bit of a wait as they just dropped the chicken to be cooked which I understand entirely. That said, the chicken seemed greasier than I have experienced at other KFCs which is the only fault that I give to this location.
