Personally I don't care for the hot and ready's pizza but my kids love them. I get the 4 corners deep dish pizza or the deep dish lunch special.. completely different pizza .. most are very surprised by the taste. Just as good as jets but this pizza is affordable. This company cares about people over profits. Very thankful there's still companies out there that care about people and enjoy making life comfortable for everyone. Try the deep dish if you haven't already!!!! Thank you!!!

I ordered the fantastic 4 pizza. Ended up with the peperoni pizza with the cheese for sause and the pretzel for crust. Not complaining. That was a more expensive pizza, but I wanted the fantastic 4 lol
I walked in and ordered a pizza bread. Simply. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I said yes and sat down at a table and waited. When 15 minutes was up I then stood in front waiting for my bread. All the kids they have working there did not even pay attention to me. When they finally did they asked what I was waiting for? When I told them they said oops, it was never made and blaming someone else whispering that so they did not hear. Then I waited for another 15 minutes for the bread to be made. No apologies, no offer of anything while waiting, simply brushed off as if this was normal and OK. Please correct your staff and train them to pay attention to the customer. There are way to many options when it comes to pizza in this area. Customer service is what's going to bring people back. Give me a reason to come back. Due to this I have none. I suggest calling ahead and calling back to see it's being made or you will be waiting double the time while watching the kids goof off.

My husband and I ordered the pepperoni cheese bread and were told it would be a 10–15 minute wait. After 15 minutes passed, my husband went to check on the order, only to be told they had forgotten to make it entirely. There was no genuine apology, no offer to make up for the delay—just a casual “it’ll be another six minutes,” which did not make sense considering we were originally told it takes over 10 minutes to prepare.
We ended up waiting another 15 minutes. Still, no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. When we finally mentioned that we wished something could be done to make up for the lost time, they reluctantly offered a cookie—as if it were a huge favor.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing. Mistakes happen, but it is how you handle them that counts, and this location did not handle it well at all. We where not impressed.
