Me and my friends all 💯 % believe that this is the best McDonald’s location in the whole state!!! It was well worth the almost 2 hour drive from Grand Rapids. The food is always fresh and hot 🥵 the service is the fastest ever!! And the staff are excellent and extremely friendly.

This McDonald's has really went downhill. Last time I was there waited 45 50 mins. For a 20 piece chicken nugget. They gave me the wrong food. So turned around went back .waiting another 30 minutes window to tell them. they took back give it me a 20 piece finally..go to eat one of these extremely costly hard-earned nugget. they are the grossest coldest undercooked nuggets that were slimy! Today I went there for breakfast. They tried giving me somebody else's stuff again after Cindy big blonde was rude amazing don't care attitude won't be back!

I jokingly refer to this is the slowest McDonald’s in the world. I’m not sure what the real problem is at this location, but 20 minutes or longer to get a fast food order is simply not fast food. Staff seems miserable and clearly haven’t been trained or coached in friendly, smiling service. While it’s a convenient location for a travel stop for me, I honestly prefer to get a snack at the Shell gas station next door.

The manager with the tattoos everywhere is so rude and disrespectful…. He was making smart comments and it took over an hour to get 2 burgers and a mc chicken!! He needs to be fired! Very very unprofessional!!!!!

Can tell they dont want anyone eating in the store . Cant ever seem to turn the heat on. Used the kiesok to order . Got a spicy chicken and a regular chicken . Got spicy on both??
