Went thru the drive thru. The lady taking our orders kept telling us to hold on after every item( almost like she couldn't keep). Got to the window they told us to pull forward and they'll bring it food out. They forgot one of our sandwiches which was part of the combo meal. Went inside and the manager was at the front counter but didn't acknowledge anyone. She tried to walk away. When I told her I was missing my sandwich she said she had to check the drive thru receipts. She acted like she was mad because her crew couldn't read a simple order. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Will never be back.

This place is a liberal failure. Doesn’t take cash, asks old people to leave because they only have cash. Turns away so many that want a simple cup of coffee. Nope, walk thru the drive thru the manager says.

Worst service ever. Waited forever for my meal (to go). Then had to go back for straw and napkins. As they have no straws out, had to try to get someone’s attention. By the time I got back to my car, the food was cold.

Went though the drive up this morning 6/22/25. Poor customer service. The lady never spoke. We ordered a sweetener and were given regular sugar. My husband asked for sweetener and it was obviously and inconvenient for her. My husband thanked her and not a word. It’s doesn’t take much to NICE!!!
Food is always put together sloppy and they ask you to pull up to a reserved slot and make you wait 15 minutes to bring it to you every single time like they forget about you. Easier going to a sit in restaurant

Did an online order for no lettuce on the chicken sandwich, receipt said it, but they did have lettuce. Even had us pull forward to wait, wasn't right. Food was great otherwise

This McDonalds is a good restaurant when you are craving some McDonald's. Just remember if you want fresh do the quarter pounder. They are friendly and have a great staff.
