The SLOWEST mcdonalds on the planet!! Several times I've had to pick up door dash here and always wait at least 20 minutes, absolutely ridiculous especially if they aren't busy.

The person at the drive-through couldn't understand a word I was saying, and proceeded to ask me multiple times what I was saying, and no apology or anything, I felt like they were undertrained, and just overall didn't meet my expectations

Pretty good service, has great burgers, but it is pricey for 3 or more people. But the bathrooms are terrible and only has one stall and 2 urinals in the men's bathroom. 6/10 ok if your on a road trip and want a bite to eat.

Slow. The last guys waited 45min for food. There staff said “we are like really busy right now” around 5 customers were here and a few in the drive through. Still waiting. This place is definitely not fast.

I never knew a McDonalds of all places could be this bad, but the annoying, petty employees and absolutely absurd 40 MINUTE wait time completely blew my expectations out of the water. To put it short, the employees were talking about our order in the kitchen(5 feet away where we were waiting), avoiding us when we were trying to ask them about when we would get our food(after already paying), and were somehow annoyed from us being annoyed for not getting our food. And worst of all, we didn't even get an apology. They were being so unprofessional and frustrating that it was funny.
Would've rated even lower if I could. To put it short, I didn't even know a McDonald's could be this bad. We waited 40 minutes for our food, they got the orders wrong, and the staff was astonishingly rude. Several orders were delivered before us to people who ordered after us. There was no one at the front desk so they forced us to order at the kiosk. We were being blatantly ignored by the staff, despite them noticing us AND talking about us behind our back. Save your money and go somewhere else, never coming back here again.

I got a simple fries and a 10 piece chicken nugget. The fries tasted like they were sitting on a shelf for 3 hours not even warm, chicken nuggets were all dried out and the crab cost over twenty

Food was good, the manager had to remind the crew there was still customers while the order area was full of people just hanging out and being loud. Wasn't that good of a experience. I'm not knocking the manager she was working very hard, harder then she should have had to work because the crew wasnt.
