The people up front were awful. We waited 43 minutes for our food manager. Lady had to keep reprimanding the guy for flirting with customers and for not doing his job. Absolutely awful and the food by the time we got it was ice cold after handing us the wrong order twice there was literally nobody else in the entire building. Only people in line

Good adult daytime employees who take pride in their profession. Almost opposite for the evening kids employees who don't.

After ordering, we pulled up to the window to pay, then to the next window to pick up our food. The employee gave us our drink, then told us to pull up to the curve. There was only 1 vehicle behind us!
After eight minutes of waiting, an employee brings us our food. All of it was cold! Plus they shorted us a Strawberry pie.
This experience has pretty much ruined us ever wanting to go to any McDonald's again. We are so completely disgusted.

You guys sucks at your job like hate to say it it takes 45 minutes to get food going through a drive through with 5 cars in it and then on top of that you can’t even get the food made right it’s sorta ridiculous and honestly you should look for all new staff

Took over 25 minutes for two sandwiches it's supposed to be fast food and they were cold when I got them

Yesterday I ordered a drink and they gave me the wrong one. So I went back through the line and they exchanged
it but was told they couldn't take the wrong drink back and throw it away. How ridiculous is that?? I didn't have another cup holder in my car so the drink would.have spilled on the seat. I told the gentleman at the next window and he took the drink back and threw it away. Thank goodness this man had some common sense. I can't believe they have a stupid rule like this.

Worst service in the industry. Literally been in a drive-thru land for over 22 minutes. Over 10 people working in there and nobody can get anything done. This isn't the first time at this Cadillac location where service has been horrendous. I could have drove to Grand rapids and ordered a steak from Ruth Chris faster than I got a freaking hash brown and coffee here.
