Yesterday I ordered a drink and they gave me the wrong one. So I went back through the line and they exchanged it but was told they couldn't take the wrong drink back and throw it away. How ridiculous is that?? I didn't have another cup holder in my car so the drink would.have spilled on the seat. I told the gentleman at the next window and he took the drink back and threw it away. Thank goodness this man had some common sense. I can't believe they have a stupid rule like this.

Worst service in the industry. Literally been in a drive-thru land for over 22 minutes. Over 10 people working in there and nobody can get anything done. This isn't the first time at this Cadillac location where service has been horrendous. I could have drove to Grand rapids and ordered a steak from Ruth Chris faster than I got a freaking hash brown and coffee here.

Does any McDonald's ever get it right? Does their shake machines ever work No! I dont get it, and not everyone Orders on a damn app that is just plain annoying! I also tried the app and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes while my dood got cold. Nothing went right here honestly

Made an order for curbside pick up waited more then 20 mins while everyone in the drive thru was getting served. Finally went through the drive thru line and everything was cold. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! Called and the manager was VERY RUDE!

So i had a friend order me food since I was at work (Healthcare) so I couldn't leave to get it when I got it my chicken strips were very old so I called to see if anything can be fixed and they ask me if I can be put on hold I said sure its been 11 mins (still on hold as im writing this) and I can hear laughing like dude im hungry and I want decent food like come on mcdonald's
