We love these pasties! The best below the bridge. We each had one hot for lunch and took home two frozen for us and one for my Mom. We can't drive past if we're going through Cadillac without stopping. Neither should you!

This is a nice small restaurant with quick counter service and a cozy interior. Lots of nice looking desserts are available, but I came for the pasties. I had a beef pasty with gravy for dinner, and it was both delicious and decently priced. The pasty had a nice flaky crust with good flavor, and the fillings were nice and rich. I’d definitely recommend them for their pasties.

These are truly the best pasties we’ve had. We drive over an hour to get there and well worth it. And don’t forget to get the apple dumplings too! Freshness makes a big difference in a product like these and everything here is freshly made, not something they’ve pulled out of the freezer.

Been stopping here on my way to Sleeping Bear/ Traverse City for as long as I can remember with my family and im 35. I’ve done a pasty crawl through the UP but these WERE my fav. Peeps there used to be nice. I felt rushed in and out and like a total inconvenience. They had none ready which when you time your drive to get them for breakfast is disappointing. Had to get burger king… and take cold ones to bake and i hope they are still good. They changed all the signs and i wonder if its new owners. They completely took Mr.Foise out of the sign and name it seems. Usually get some both on the way up and the way back down but will no longer go out of my way to time my stop here. Will update if I ever stop again but really sad if this place lost it….
