Deep dish pizza isn't like I remember. Think it's just changed since it's been a few years since I've eaten at Pizza Hut. Service was ok. Visit was near closing time.

We've had many pizzas from here - usually good! We picked up 2 today at 11:45am...the pizzas were awful-not the usual quality. Honestly, one looked like it was just thrown together. Both tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. This will be our last Pizza Hut purchase. Gal at the pickup window was friendly & professional - only positive from today.

I ordered a supreme cheesey bites pizza and cheese sticks, spending over $30 and I was incredibly disappointed!!! For the price I spent on 1 large pizza and cheese sticks I would expect the cheesey bites to actually be there and not just nobs of bread and there to be plenty of veggies, but that is definitely not what I got!! There were hardly any toppings on the pizza and it was not good at all!! The cheese sticks were good, which is the only thing worth anything!!! This was not worth the money I spent and I will not be going back!!! This is sad because Pizza Hut used to be the best pizza!!!!

Having only 2 servers on a Friday night is ridiculous. The older lady couldn't keep up at all.

Stood in the doorway with 3 other groups. All of us ended up walking out. Not enough staff. Empty tables but told we would have to stand and wait 20 minutes to be seated. This isn't the first time I have walked out because of no help.

No issues ordering through app, no issues with delivery. Restaurant forgot the icing. Hardley any toppings on custom pizza eatable but barely, other two pizzas were good. Not happy for a $60+ order. Do better!

I spent $30+ on dinner ,waited an hour for it to be delivered to me on a Thursday night which should not typically be a busy night . And when my food was finally delivered everything was cold 2 pizzas and cheesy bread sticks all cold and then only live about 3 miles from the restaurant. So if it was hot when the driver left to deliver it my food should have not gotten cold in that short of a drive. And this isn't the first time this happened to me. Don't think I will be ordering from them anytime soon if at all.
Cadillac mi location. Gentleman was extremely pleasant and helpful and very patient as he took our order through the window bc I placed my order in traverse city by mistake. I believe his name was Corey he even gave our puppers a breadstick while he waited for me.
