Snagged some food around 9pm tonight and went to sit by the lake to eat it and opened it up and it was absolutely laughable. The wings were gross looking and mostly crumbs. Missing our coleslaw. Fries were cold. We brought it back and asked for a refund and were told they had to call a supervisor and had to wait at the window. First time and last time coming here.

Manager was finishing up cleaning the lobby when we arrived, she smiled and welcomed us. The lobby is spotless. The gentlemen at the counter knew the menue and was very helpful the food came out quick at fresh I havent had a popeyes sandwich ever be more perfectly crafted keep it up!

I went through and ordered a wing meal and wanted the normal sides with a large drink and they rang me up for large family size sides and I had almost $10 extra dollars in up charges when I called up the manager told me that’s what I ordered and there was nothing they could do for me so I was stuck with extra food and no refund on the unwanted up charges. This is a common scam that they run and hope you don’t notice the charges until after you’ve left so they can tell you to bad so sad.

We stopped here on our way back to Illinois. Our food was just as it should be but better yet this location was very clean and our server was great! The manager (I’m guessing) brought us out our order and I asked for the other girls name and told her she was very friendly and pleasant. Great job CJ and Cadillac Popeyes!
