Beyond disappointed. The wings had very little sauce and even less flavor. And they put PICKLES in the box with the garlic Parmesan wings. 🤮 Talk about two flavors that don't mix! They put a surprise bag of chips in the order. Plain chips. Didn't even ask if i wanted a flavor. But then again, we've already established that they are not into flavor. If you want dry, tasteless food, this is your place. If you actually want to enjoy your food, you might want to skip it and try somewhere else.

The food was amazing, they also had gluten free options. Their workers were very kind and attentive. They had good atmosphere and vibes!😍 Their brisket is soft and delicious, highly recommend.

Really? Great food communication lacks when they're out of something. They just give you something in replace, but don't let you know other than that. I love the barbecue, especially the mac and cheese and a brisket to die for

Awesome service and food. They were very accommodating for our group of 16. Made great suggestions and offered extra service. The pulled pork, brisket and mac n cheese were great. My daughter had the Little Italy Sandwich which she loved.

Ordered 2 brisket parfaits. This was my gold to at Primos for a few years now. I ordered beans and potatoes as my sides but they must have thought I meant I wanted beans as the primary and brisket as the side. Under the potatoes there was one thin layer of brisket, then beans from here to China, then another small layer of brisket at the bottom. It didnt use to be this way. Portions should be standardized in a kitchen so I can only assume this is the new normal. Previous to this I would have given promos 5 stars. Im going to give them another shot but if this is the new norm I'll never be back. And again, portions should be standardized so im afraid this is the new normal. I'll adjust my rating to 5 if this is a one off or if primos responds, acknowledges the travesty they imposed on me, and changes course.

This was my first visit and it won’t be my last. I ordered the ribs and baked beans for a side. The ribs were delicious! Done to perfection! The rub was good but I found some bourbon bbq sauce that was amazing! The prices are very reasonable and the service was top notch!

Brisket was very dried and a little burnt. Smoked mac-n-cheese was okay. Kinda disappointed for what the price was. As well as I went out of my way for BBQ on my home.

It was decent when they opened. Now every time I go there brisket is very dried out. The ribs are so overcooked that all that's left is a thin layer of flavorful but chewy skin. The sides are always cold too. Beans taste like they were just poured out of a can. I gave them 3 final chances - I'll smoke my own instead. Sad I no longer recommend this place. The owners seem to have changed their focus because they want a bar now instead...

The owner of this restaurant need to go to Kansas City and learn how to make BBQ from one of the many great restaurants there. Gates is one of the best. Primos is horrible. Not fresh, not tender. Tastes stale and like it's been sitting all day. I was very disappointed especially with how much they are charging for low quality BBQ.

Don’t believe the good reviews. This is some of the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. I have given this place about 10 visits over the years. Over half the time it’s dry and barely warm. I’ve been served brisket that is almost like jerky 4 times. You could start a fire with how dry the pulled pork is. The last straw was when I ordered ribs and thought they were light. So I weighed them on my scale at work and they shorted me! They also don’t treat their employees very well. I know people who have worked here who say they don’t get their tips in a timely manner, if at all. I will never return.

Unfortunately the bbq is super dry the last few times we got it. Today I got the sampler. The ribs are just bone no meat. Brisket one decent piece rest just fat. I like they do a lot in the green house for community members to have things to do. But unfortunately the bbq is not great.
