Unfortunately the bbq is super dry the last few times we got it. Today I got the sampler. The ribs are just bone no meat. Brisket one decent piece rest just fat. I like they do a lot in the green house for community members to have things to do. But unfortunately the bbq is not great.
TBH the Mac n cheese tastes like smoke, the beans taste like smoke, the meat tastes like smoke. The only change in the food was the BBQ sauce which is AMAZING!, but it's not IN the meat, it's on the side.... The portions are NOT as sizable as you would think by the other reviews.... Maybe they changed their portion size but for the first time I went (yes I gave it 2 chances) $40 for 2 "dinners". I? Ant to be fair but I don't think it's the best bang...
Friendly staff and great food! The brisket was flavorful and tender. The cook even came out to clarify how we wanted our BLT made. They also have a great selection of Bubblr drinks.
