So happy to have good bbq in Cadillac. We got one pound portions of the chicken, pork and brisket for variety. They were all delicious. Purchased the potato salad and cole slaw too. What a treat.....took it home and ate great food we didn't have to prepare. Have always liked Willow Market, but this change has really made it a great stop. There is seating inside, and beer and wine.

What a FABULOUS little gem. Not very big, but chucked FULL of interesting items. You can sample their beer & wine or have a beverage as you wait for your ‘to die for’ deli items OR just to sit, relax & observe all the goings on. I was please to see Fustini’s products amongst many other Michigan produced items. We had an excellent lunch & instead of planning on a restaurant in the evening, we purchased several goodies to just snack on later. WOW….we’ll definitely go back on our next visit to Cadillac MI

We used to stop by Primos when it was on 115 on our way up to T.C. but it's out of the way since they moved and have only been there 2 times but won't bother again. We order the 1lb of brisket. It was cut the wrong way, with the grain, so it was more like pulled pork and it was cut into chunks. And so much fat!! I weighed the fat that could not be eaten and it weighed 6 oz! So we only had 10 oz of meat but paid for 16 oz. This also happened the other time we were at this new location. We will Not be back again. When they were at the location on 115 the food was so good.

Visited this BBQ place for a first night supper, food was good and portions are adequate. There is a very large selection of bottled and canned beverages and they have several Beers/Ciders on tap. So we sampled a few and selected two, purchased two growlers and when they went to fill the cider it ran out so we ended up with a half growler full. No big deal, however when we went back for a refill later in the week they no longer had that cider, so selected a different one and when they went to fill the growler it ran out again about half full. I can accept this issue happening once, but twice?!?! Wouldn't recommend this place for their on tap beverages.
I had the beef brisket sandwich which was huge!and wife had the pull pork sandwich also huge!both came with sweet pickles and bbq. sauce in nice box type container took to Michell park and enjoyed them with some great views of park.

I had a brisket sandwich on a hamburger bun for 12 dollars. Big fluffy bun with not a lot of meat considering the price. Nearly every bite I took, I was pulling wads of fat out of my mouth. Small consolation, It came with chips and pickles, and a bottle of water at no extra charge. Overall, rather poor value.

FABULOUS, DELICOUS, FLAVORFUL. I had the Sampler Combo, $17, lots of food. Friendly owner and counter help. They give samples of the sides if your not sure what you'd like. Read the review from yesterday, she put it so eloquently, and all I can say is Ditto.

Traveling through and hubby wanted BBQ. Only 2 reviews but website pics looked good. So glad we stopped. Some of the best brisket I have ever had and we get it all BBQ joints all over the country when we travel. Baked beans with bourbon and brisket rocked. Smoked potato salad with celery was really good too and I am a picky potato salad eater. My son got a big bowl of smoked mac and cheese with brisket bits. Yummy! The meat was juicy and you got your choice of fatty, lean, or mixed. Got the mixed. Don’t pass on the fat it’s the beat part. I really liked the peppery mustard sauce, but it almost seemed a shame to cover the taste of the meat. Give a try! Little fenced patio so you can’t see the road and have some shade or nice little eat-in dining area. We went and sat on the wall by the lake out back and ate ours. Very clean. Ice cream cones available. Under the same roof as a beer/wine/liquor carry out. Convenient. If I lived here and wanted a party catered, I would definitely have them do it.

Great BBQ! I've tried their pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. I'm not normally a brisket person, but Primos has sold me on brisket. Theirs is DELICIOUS! I order it every time I go there. Plus, their BBQ sauce is excellent which just tops it all off! They have a good selection of combos and sides, including excellent mac and cheese, and baked beans. Would highly recommend.
