The people are very friendly. I love their Wednesday special when I get out of work. It runs from 4 to close. I got a burrito and a drink for only $7.99! They really have a fun atmosphere on Wednesdays. Its nice they know their regular customers.

The young man who prepared our dishes was a gem, just as sweet and nice as he could be. The food appeared appetizing; however, once at the table, the first bite was less than room temperature. We asked for both plates to be warmed and placed in the microwave (no microwave), but nothing happened. My beans and veggies were like eating out of a can, freezing outside, barely anyone inside. The waitress told the lady in charge, then went back to stocking shelves. I watched the manager lift an item, pour it into another, and didn't even look at us. We wouldn't hear a sorry, and we knew she wasn't going to do anything, our bad luck! We had warned a couple coming in the door, hoping they listened. A great server and appetizing food will never make up for cold food and poor management. My bill was 32 bucks, and for your information, the bathrooms were really dirty.

With franchises like Qdoba, service makes or breaks the experience. I’ve frequented this place as a pit stop from Grand Rapids to “up north” for years. Today on a white-out snowy travel day where highway is slowed to 30 mph, our infant needed a warm bottle. We had a bottle with half frozen milk and only needed to warm it. Asked for a cup of warm water from the sink to set the bottle in. They turned me away saying it was against code. I explained it wouldn’t be ingested and would just be a warmer. They refused. Apparently regulations are more important than human decency. Very disappointing. Personally, my family will be stopping at any of the other food options in town from here on out. Too bad because we really do like the food here.

Got three tacos with chicken, cotija, lettuce, pickled red onions, corn salsa, and salsa verde, and the next day I got six tacos. The food makes your toes curl. I think I bit my finger off in a ravenous frenzy.

Fantastic food worth every penny. The store was incredibly clean and the lady’s working the line were some of the nicest people around the manager if I remember right her name was Randi helped us out with all our questions and even helped us bring out our food to the table she’s a great employee! Will be returning soon!

Vanessa was the service lady at the drive thru window when I went thru tonight. I was there on impulse getting a build your own bowl for my wife. The gal was friendly and seemed happy to help. The food was hot and fresh. I asked for extra cheese. They hooked it up!! You want good food fast? Give this place a go. Very happy!
