The bowl was not filled at all. Very dissatisfied. They forgot my fork. The staff was very rude. Not to mention the chicken was very undercooked and completely pink and squishy on the inside. I am highly not satisfied with the service here. Very disappointed

First time eating at this location and there were pieces of napkin in my food. Looking at reviews I’m not the only person to find foreign objects in their food at this location. Never again..

The food here is always great as its my usual go to when i go to town, I've never had an issue with service as they're usually easy to talk to but this time around I asked to possibly upgrade my meal from a small chip to a medium but they told me it's not possible so I agreed to pay separately for the drink and chips/Salsa. I thought she heard me say Salsa but didn't but when I went to make sure I had it and clarify that I did paid for both chips and salsa she just had an attitude, remarking that she only charged me for the chips. Which is okay, I told her I could pay for it but instead she rolled her eyes, asked for a 4 ounce and gave it to me.
I'm glad it was resolved, kinda But the attitude and how it was approached was unacceptable.
The service was very helpful and insightful. I appreciated their help. The food was very good.

We stopped here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint! We have allergies and they were very careful and knowledgeable. The flavor was amazing, good priced, staff was very friendly!

I have a dairy allergy and want nachos with no cheese, but qdoba can't make nachos without cheese so I have to order a burrito bowl and a side of chips which costs more just because I don't want the cheese. Extra work and money for no reasons and feels very uninclusive. I like the food, and the girl at the window was nice, but that needs to be changed. How are you guys gluten friendly but not dairy friendly?
