Cadillac location is a good one. We stop here regularly when driving through. Plenty of gluten-free options. They have a drive through too.

I came here to order for me and my coworkers. My coworker wanted something off the menu that has preselected items. When I ordered it, I was told I could not order it the way it was shown unless I ordered it online or asked for the items individually. I thought the lady was kidding at first, but she got quite rude and said I needed to pull it up on their online menu and read her the items. I find it odd that she didn’t know what items go on certain menu items and I find it upsetting that she had the audacity to get mad at me for trying to order something off of their own menu! If it’s on your menu and you don’t know how to make it, how is that the customers fault? This is basic stuff! I won’t be back, for me or my coworkers.

I wanted to privately email the owner/manager. Can’t seem to find an email though. But Amy that works there is fantastic. She could sense I was having a bad day and asked if she could give me a hug, which is exactly what I needed in that moment. You’ve got an incredible employee in her. I wish there were a lot more Amy’s out there!

The chips were TERRIBLY stale. I have never had any chips like it. I was not going to drive back to Cadillac to get a new order. I am very disappointed and I will be looking for a new restaurant to go to.

I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. The place was disgusting. Food is everywhere, tables have not been cleaned in hours. This should have been my red flag to leave. I ordered a steak burrito, and she rolled the burrito into a softball, wrapped the softball burrito into an exposed wrapper, and placed the exposed part of the softball burrito on the counter where everyone has been placing their purses, hands, and anything else you can think of. She never placed the softball burrito in a bag, she placed the softball burrito in my hand. Are you serious? If the lobby is nasty, you should know the prep area is 10x worse. YOU SHOULD LOSE YOUR FRANCHISE!

Not sure if the place is new, but the food was great. The service was outstanding. I live in Chicago and the food quality is not very good for many of the Qdoba branches here; they dont grill the 'grilled peppers and onions' properly, many times they go straight from the cutting board to the meal plate.The vegetables here were grilled, the ingredients were of good quality. I hope they can maintain the quality of the food in future as well.
