I am visiting the best place to eat in Cadillac mi. It is Ruby Tuesdays. I am amazed at how wonderfully comfortable their chairs are. Our waitress Grace 👑 is amazing. I will definitely be coming back. I am praying they stay here.

Food is good & it always is nice to see a smiling employee. Brittany was our server she was very friendly, had smiling face, and was welcoming.she kept our drinks full and was very attentive. She is a ROCK STAR!!!

We ate here a week ago and normally enjoy Ruby Tuesdays. This time was different. The food was okay, but the service was really bad. We had to get up and get our own silverware since none were on the table. I had to get a ketchup bottle because there was no one around to ask and none given to us with dinner. Later I had to go up to the bar and order a refill of my pop because our waitress didn’t check on us. At one point I did ask to get a new knife because the one they had was pretty nasty and the gal who looked at it and said oh that’s just build up over the years; they’re all like that!
Some food came luke warm, one steak overcooked...waitress tried to make it ok.

Great selection of entrée and as usual, one of the better salad bars. One of the few left, a chain we miss. Appearance could be fresher up. Service a bit slower and had to ask for things
