This morning I totally threw the sweetest ladies at the Cadillac Starbucks—especially Linde—for a loop. Thanks to my dyslexia, I messed up my order (and a coworker’s too, oops). They offered to remake both, but I just asked for one fix. They were so kind and understanding, and honestly, it turned my whole morning around. Thank you for the grace and good vibes! ♡♡♡

The manager was handing out the orders, was quite rude watered up napkins, and put them in my bag. I think that this manager should find another job and not be around people or in the service industry, bad reflection at the window.
