Review for Subway – 903 N Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI 49601
I come to this Subway every Tuesday, and while the food is always delicious, the drive-through experience has become frustrating enough that I’m considering coming less often.
Each time I order, instead of simply taking my card for payment, I’m handed the entire card reader through the window so I can choose a tip option. I don’t feel a tip is necessary for a drive-through order, especially when I’m not dining in, creating a mess, or requiring extra service. It feels uncomfortable and unnecessary to be put in that position every visit.
I’ve also never earned any Subway points here because I’m never asked for my phone number or whether I’m a rewards member. And whenever I order a footlong and ask for each half to be individually wrapped, it doesn’t happen.
On top of that, the sandwiches are often made sloppy, and about half the time there are no napkins included in the bag.
I’m leaving this review because these issues are becoming genuinely irritating. The constant push for a tip, the awkward card-reader handoff, the lack of attention to simple requests, and the inconsistent quality make the experience less enjoyable. I hope this location can address these concerns, because I do enjoy the food and would like to continue coming here regularly.

We had some technical issues with my lunch order, right before I had to go to work, accidentally ordered for a later time than I was wanting, however the staff was very helpful, they looked over my order and made sure I paid and then made my food for me so I could make it to work on time.

The new Subway looks great and amazing. But a little too much green. Some of the seat need a little softer seat. But other than that it’s clean and good. The employees are nice and respectful. My wife and I did the deal 3 foot longs for 20$.

The Internet wasn't working, they wouldn't take my order over the phone. When you only have a half hour for lunch, you don't have time to wait in line. Took my business elsewhere.
I stopped in and ordered 25 sandwiches with no notice the girls in there rocked it out. Didn’t stress completed my order in a very timely fashion. We’re super nice. Would definitely recommend this if you had to get a bunch of food for your softball team or just a quick drop in for lunch.

This place I don’t know if it’s the employees or what but I’ve had three orders get delivered wrong and when I called they always give me BS and say even though I paid for it and paid for delivery they won’t fix it and send the right order

We love Subway and have always had a good experience and friendly atmosphere. However, last night there was a heavier set man working with attitude towards the customers and his co-workers. I believe he is the Manager as he was throwing commands in a huffy way. Not good leadership by any means!

I went in around 10:30a.m staff was friendly and quick to assist us with our order, lobby was freshly cleaned and all items appeared stocked well. We ordered 2 footlong subs, a pizza and a dozen cookies ❤️ staff and management couldn't be better !! Absolutely love joey and his kind upbeat attitude!!
