Brian!! That’s all I can say! We came in late on a Tuesday night and had our young children with us (they typically won’t eat at subway). Brian was so incredibly patient with us and encouraged/suggested my children to make their sandwiches just how they would like them, he was the only person working and kept his composure and professionalism on point. He was the perfect combination of comical and professional and just made the atmosphere so welcoming! Thank you Brian, you’re kindness means the world!

Mage Then Rogue

The family and I were heading home from camping and blew a tire. Im tired hot and hungry. We head into subway and Laura greets us. She was friendly, kind and empathetic. Our order was fast and perfect. We needed a rest and a friendly experience and Laura made our day. Thank you!

I stopped here to get a sub for dinner. The guy behind the counter was great, I have no problem with the service I was given but....

The green peppers that were on my sandwich were tiny slivers, like I could see through the green pepper bits, same thing with the cucumbers, the onions like the green peppers were miniscule at best. I get Subway being stingy with the meat but seriously?!?!?! If you're skimping on the meat at least be generous with the veggies so your patrons feel like there's something in the sub besides the bread. I think I'm done there. Hopefully Jersey Mike's will be better.

Went in 30 minutes before closing and there was 2 workers and they were extremely rude that we came in to order subs 30 minutes before closing. Then multiple people came in behind us also and they were rude to them as well. Seemed like a manager or assistant was also on duty, her attitude also was not very pleasant or happy we were there.

Pre ordered to avoid a line on lunch break. Ten minutes after was food supposed to be done (30 minutes after order was placed) I was told my meatballs would even be done for 10 MORE minutes. I wasted my lunch break waiting for food after pre paying and ordering. I didn't get my food until over 30 minutes after the app said it was ready. Very poor service.

I’ve ordered from the Manton Cadillac two times that for some reason it switched to this Cadillac store and both time these people are apparently not smart enough to get an order right to save their soul one time there was two things missing and the next time there were three things missing I’m so completely done ordering from this subway they don’t have a complicated job so it’s not asking much to put all 5 items on my order but two is obviously the max amount of things they can remember to get in your order and they won’t bring what they were supposed to they just say you can come pick them up we don’t refund it and we can’t bring the rest of your order . Pfft wow can you say duhhhh!

This place is a joke. We had the misfortune of trying to get lunch here today. Unfortunately for us there was an ex employee that was fired behind us in line that was the star of this shxtshow. Subs were made wrong when my girl asked for her to have the proper toppings that are advertised it was an inconvenience to her conversation with the ex employee. But they dang sur made sure his was right. We are both in the food service industry and we had to wrk over 3 hrs for these improperly made subs meanwhile there was adults supervising this show...its embarrassing. You should be ashamed.
