I'm in line at Taco Bell looking at the breakfast menu. The woman pulls away with 2 minutes left before breakfast is over and the lady says hold on. Please, so, I'm sitting there.the menu swithches to lunch, and I said I want to order breakfast. She says to me, can you hold on, ma'am? Then she comes back and says can I take your order? And I ask Her for breakfast. She tells me they don't serve breakfast there. No more at Taco Bell. Even though I saw the menu up for breakfast, she was very rude and I won't go back there again. Pretty sad. Taco Bell doesn't have breakfast in Cadillac!!! As of when?

very few people in here, took 45 minutes to get my food, and it came out at cooler than room temperature, the staff in the back is too busy laughing and won’t cook

Food same old bs taco bell typically serves. But this place isn't that busy right now and still took 25 minutes to get 2 freezes and 2 spicy potato tacos. What in the actual hell? And the place is nasty. Food and trash on the tables and floors and overfilled trash cans. Place is horrible.

No matter what time of day I go or the amount of customers there the wait is always extremely long and they almost always forgot something from my order. If you go inside to order you will be ignored by the staff.

I got my $60 dollar order completely messed up suppose have two boxes had one with a bag full of all sorts of different tacos yes I called and they said they'd replace my order no problem but now I jus went through the drive thru and got a cook to order cina bons 12 pk and I get to window takes a few mins for this guy to take my card laugh ate and say oh I said I have cook to order cinabons ha like oh my homeboy jus went through the drive thru this that said stuff bout his friend his homie sry and ended up running my card for a completely different order now as we speak I'm waiting for my money to hit my card because they charged as wrong order and gave me free 12 pk cinabons but yes always spending good money with this Taco Bell cause it's my hometown but always disrespectful and screws my order up but thanks hopes for better food and service

If I could give a zero star I would . On 11/9 I went there about 7:30 pm … they were busy I give them that . However I gave my order filled my pop and patiently waited for my food . Three other people came in behind me and ordered food . In the mean time I watched them put my food in a bag . I waited 20 minutes and heard a lady in the back tell the guy at the counter that the fryers were down a piece of my order needed the fryer . A minute goes by and she says it’s up again. In the mean time a couple other people come in they order and apparently they are friends of people in the back well another 10 minutes have gone by and I’m trying to be patient but am very irritated at this point as they let there friends know the fryer is down yet again . In total at this point my food had sat on the counter for 30 minutes. Finally some ask me my name and they decide then to tell me the fryer is down frustrated I say that’s fine give me a refund for what’s supposed to be fried and give me my dam food . They refund me for the fryer item and still continue to serve two more people fresh food before handing me a bag of food I watched sit on the counter for 35 minutes. Of course I’m pissed and I say thanks for the food that’s been sitting on your counter for 35 minutes and the lady in the back says real rude and sarcastic hope you have a good night . Of course I’m just fed up so I leave and take the 35 minute old food because I’ll be dammed if I stand there for another 30 minutes waiting for them to remake my food …. Absolutely by far the most disgusting, disrespectful, establishment I have ever been too.
