This place takes forever... If going here plan on waiting at least 30min... The amount of time it takes to get food here you would think you're getting fine Mexican quizine... Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous... Staff may need to be retrained... Here's a shell here some meat here some cheese here some lettuce... Wow...

Drive through order, they missed 4 items on my order. Called the store and the girl i talked to who claimed to be the manager was rude, never once apologized, and was not helpful, never asked to fix the issue. Clearly they do not care about customers.

Placed an on line order and set it a half hour ahead. Go there and the worker said they nv got it. Later the day it shows up on my credit card. So I call hoping to get that order or my money back. The manager was quick and rude. Apparently there's many hoops to jump to get ur order and u can't get the food replaced. But the pissynwss is I used a 5.00 coupon with that order I can't get back. So over this place. Got to be the worst fast food in Cadillac. And not caused by the food but the human stupidity that goes to that store. Boo and bye

Food was fine. Waited 30min in the drive through line. I would have left but I preordered on the app and couldn't cancel. This is worse than the taco bell on Michigan Street in grand rapids

Absolutely awful experience at this location! Four staff members were just standing around while those of us who ordered online and in store have been waiting OVER 30 MINUTES! No line in the drive through either because no one was getting served. Horrible service, avoid this location guys. We would have canceled and gone somewhere else if we had the option. Do better Taco Bell.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Thankfully we ordered on the app because nobody was even running the register. 4 employees standing around doing nothing while the entire lobby is filled with people waiting on their orders. If we could easily cancel from the app we would have and taken our business elsewhere.

This place has gone to complete trash. The lobby is always dirty and not stocked. Pop machine dirty and sticky. Dirty tables. Trash and food on the floor. An old employee told me about how dirty the back is where they make food and finding mold. Always a long wait. Horrible customer service, no fast pace at all. Can’t get any workers attention if you go inside. Customers standing there waiting to be helped for over 20 minutes before walking out. Recently ordered a Crunchwrap, waited 30 minutes to get my food. Opened the wrapper and half of the flour tortilla on the Crunchwrap was missing with brown lettuce. I got a refund, but they tried to remake it. I told them no. Told them to take it and throw it away. Very disappointing. They need to be shut down or health department and corporate need to go get it straightened up. I’ll never go back, along with many others in the community.

This was our second time here on our way out of town. We waited 30mins for our food. It wasn't busy at all. It was really frustrating because we were all hungry and we had a long drive ahead of us. Then when we got our food we were missing an item and had to wait longer to have it made. Not what I call fast food.

Taco Bell will always have a special place in my heart since I managed there 12 years, but I just don't have the time or patience for it anymore. I waited 22 minutes for a cheesy gordita crunch and soft taco supreme. But it gave me plenty of time to wipe all of the dirty tables and wash a stack of trays. The only sense of urgency was for the drive thru, which they are actually timed.
