I had a reservation, and I called in 2 days early to make sure my family on our days off from work could go there and spend a bunch of money.. unfortunately they decided to give our reservation to random people. Not happy, one star.

Large Group of us went and the waitress rocked it. She never missed a beat. Had a pizza sub and you got to pick 5 items, it was very good and onion rings.

Great place, but can be really loud. I prefer Parkview lanes, it’s quiet, they pretty much always have lanes open. Bathrooms are super nice and clean and the rental shoes are nicer. overall such a great vibe at parkview lanes, rather than this place. Ball selection is pretty bad here aswell, usually all the balls are already in other lanes because nobody puts balls back. One good thing about this place is the food and the pool tables, but that’s about it for this place.

As long as you aren’t trying to make plans here, you’ll be fine. But if you want to plan something, don’t count on it.I reserved 3 lanes a month before my kids’ birthday parties. I called a week after my initial reservation to confirm as well. I was told on my initial call that there was a tournament the same day, but it would be over for the time my party began. On the day of the party, I called a third time to confirm that my lanes were still reserved and was told “oh they didn’t call you? Yeah, we’re running at least a half hour behind”. Whatever, I can have all of the kids coming get started on pizza and the game room. But then when I arrive, I’m met with nothing other than a “now we are two and a half hours behind AT LEAST.” I was offered no sympathy or compensation for this venue ruining my two children’s birthday parties. We stayed and ate pizza and played arcade games because I had no other option of somewhere to take 20 people, and the poor waitress had all of us sprung on her. At least she was decent.

Great place to take a big group! A wide variety of food to choose from on the menu. Service was great! Recommend a reservation if you wanna bowl as it is very popular but they were great about getting us on a waiting list!

Great place to bowl. We went during the day and it was pretty empty so we had our pick of the whole place basically. We ordered a pizza which was really good. Overall a great experience compared to some other bowling alleys in the area.

Customer service from Sherry was exceptional and the food was too! Crispy. Crunchy. Tender. Delicious. Atmosphere and food were perfect for a modern sports bar that also combines family & fun activities like bowling and billiards.

Poor quality of pizza......a large Hawaiian pizza & we actually counted 13 pieces of pineapple.. unreal, the poor waitress has glasses as thick as a coke bottle bottom couldn't see either. We hope she takes her talent elsewhere....Blackburn has done nothing for this town....go back from where you came from dude.
