I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and tim bits. I was told that the tim bits was actually, the size of a catering order. I told her I could cut back on the amount of the order That would be fine with me. I ordered two sandwiches. She asked me if I wanted the meal. I told her I did not want the drink just a sandwich. I repeated myself and told her I could cut back on the amount of tim bits. She got very rude very snotty and yelled at me and Asked me if I wanted the order or not. I never got my receipt. She threw it away. I finally got my timbits after she started slamming stuff around and throwing boxes around. I was treated very rudely and will probably never go to that establishment again. I have never been treated so bad in A public place before even the people around me were making comments about it. She had such a bad attitude that the people standing behind me did not want to deal with her again She messed up on their charge and they didn’t even wanna go back to her and have her fix it. If it was up to me, she would’ve been fired.. I understand they were busy, but there is no excuse/reason to treat your customers like that I have years of experience working with the public. I would not dream of treating somebody like that. Very disrespectful .

There were 4 or 5 girls working 2 different girls took my order both walked away. Then adrian i think was her name, who cooked my croissant, made my drink, and after taking more orders she got the rest of my order. Kudos to you sorry you have to have all those girls standing around in your way!!!

Great coffee! Simple and affordable place to grab a coffee and a quick bakery item. Would recommend their caramel latte. Coffee didn't seem too strong but overall not bad.

The Sign Suite

Horrible. Waited ten minutes for our coffee and were told our breakfast sandwiches were almost ready. Waited 15 more minutes and actually had to remind them to make the sandwiches. Waited ten more minutes and when they finally handed us the order, it was only one sandwich, though we had ordered two. Then they got the second sandwich ready super fast but once we got on the road discovered the English muffin wasn’t toasted. Absolute ridiculous waste of our time. And there were SEVEN people working. You’d think they could’ve gotten something right. So disappointed!

I've been to this Tim Hortons on different occasions but today I couldn't help but notice the dust and dirt along the edges of the counters and the flies buzzing around in and behind the case of donuts and bagels. I spent over 5 dollars on a drink that wasn't filled up. Definitely will question our next visit.

First off not enough donuts for the morning rush. Second clerks hate their lives stank face and rude. Third hostile work environment one of the workers lost her temper while we were trying to enjoy our food and started screaming. Were from out of state and im sorry never seen this behavior before.

Got no whip cream or caramel sauce in my caramel iced capp, the top wasn’t on & it was overfilled so the drink spilled as soon as it was handed to me. No response, not the best service. Won’t be back, should have went to biggby.

Met my sister here on her way back to Lansing. We ordered $40 worth of items. The order was short one hashbrown so my sister went to ask for it, the girl didn't say a word, just threw the hashbrown in the already overflowing bag. I then went to ask for a separate bag as we were departing in seperate vehicles. She rolled her eyes and then handed me the bag. Customer service during a holiday weekend is a zero in here :)
