Went sept 18 at 7:30 pm and the lady who took my order was extremely kind and patient, our smoothies were made perfect blended well just 10/10 haven’t even opened my food yet but I have high hopes so thanks to whoever was working!

I think the photo speaks for itself.. and this isn’t even what I ordered. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and received a tortilla with basically nothing in it. The receipt says cheese quesadilla, so they had my order wrong, but even so, this is the worst food I’ve ever paid for in my entire life. There’s literally nothing inside of it. The only cheese that came in it was spilling out the side and stuck to the paper. The entire quesadilla was stuck to the paper and had paper chunks all over it. Completely inedible. Not to mention every experience I’ve had here, the workers are not friendly. I have never even wrote a review before for any restaurant, because I’m not ever one to complain. Everyone has bad days or makes mistakes sometimes. I just can’t believe someone would make a quesadilla that bad and then give it to a paying customer. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here, wait times being 15-20 minutes and unfriendly employees but this time was by far the worst. I would’ve turned around and got my money back if I wasn’t already 15 minutes away before I decided to open the box.

Had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café! My order was correct, and my sandwich was hot and fresh. I especially love the Super Green Caesar Wrap and the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie—both were delicious! The dining area and bathroom were clean, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty and refreshing meal!

Staff was super friendly and nice and the chipotle chicken flatbread was the best I've had from any Tropical Smoothie!
Not busy during visit. One car in drive through. Only person in dining room. Multiple staff working. Staff completely ignored me and just left me standing at the counter. No greeting, no acknowledgement for extended period of time. Do not recommend this location.

I come here a lot and food and drinks are always good but drove to Cadillac to get food tonight and they said they weren’t serving food anymore a hour before closing? Never had this happen
