Returning from Traverse City, the family wanted ice cream , so we stopped here for first time. It was very good, clean and they had custard. Great addition to Cadillac.

Good variety of flavors, the coffee ice cream was delicious . Price was less than competition quarter mile away and large serving from friendly staff. We will be returning soon.

Update: I've been back to the Ultimate Ice Cream twice since poor experience and it's been great so apparently my one bad visit was a fluke. I'm glad tried again, everyone deserves a second chance and unusual things can happen, we're back to 5 stars!! Thank you Ultimate Ice Cream, great stuff!!

Food was ok the icecream could of had better flavor, tasted a bit freezer, burnt to me which tells me they need new freezers or better supplies won't go here again until they have better icecream but the service was very

The good folks at Caberfae Ski and Golf resort directed us to this yummy ice cream spot as they had no ice cream options at the resort itself.We just barely made it in the door before they closed and were only able to get cone or cups which is understandable.One of the workers was celebrating her birthday and was wearing a happy birthday sash which was super cute.The ice cream was good. Cannot recall if the waffle cones were made on site, I think they were premade by a supplier.But all in all great, friendly service and good ice cream. (I got chocolate chip cookie dough!)

We had a gois time at this place, It was a sunny day and we were a group of 7 looking for a bite to eat. We saw the good ratings online and decided to check it out. The staff was super friendly and quick to serve us. The whole store had a nice vibe and we enjoyed our icecream.I'd recommend the strawberry cheese cake flavored icecream with waffle cone.
