Nice Wendy's, I had an issue a few weeks ago and the Manager emailed me back promptly and said my next meal was on her. I told the drive though person what she had said, I paced my order, and my girlfriend got what she wanted, when I tried to pay for her meal she told me don't worry about it, it's on me and handed me my card back and just took the coupon for a free Frosty! I did hospitaly bar and restaurant work on and off for over 25 years of my life, this is how a great manager does things to keep loyal customers coming back! Kudos. (I forgot her name but you know who you are!)

Last week I stopped in for a delicious parm salad before my sons soccer game. The coke tastes amazing lately. But the salad was filled with dry chicken that was clearly left open and uncovered in the refrigerator. It was discolored, and hard. You could actually smell the refrigerator smell on it. These salads are usually amazing and fresh. This was bad! I could have been sick from it. On top of that they are very expensive for a small salad. I expect more. The employee who made this salad clearly could see that they were using spoiled, unsanitary food. There is no excuse.

Same delicious chili and burgers the baconator and Dave’s hamburgers are delicious every time now they offer delicious sausage gravy and biscuits and other breakfast food I always loved Wendy’s no complaints

Order was all wrong, as is often the case. Salad looked terrible, ingredients that were supposed to be in it were not, & it had ingredients in it that are not supposed to be in it. Burger was missing toppings. Last time coming here.
