I clean kitchen equipment part time. This is the cleanest kitchen I have been inside in the state of Michigan hands down. None come close. And I’ve seen some bad ones. Some I would not feed my dog from. This kitchen is spotless.

This is one of the best places to eat on the mountain. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is great.They have a good wine selection and their food is great. The lavender cremebrule is especially good here.It can be a little hard to get in on the holidays as this place can get very busy. It would be nice to see some new items on the menu.Vegetarian options: There is not a good selection for vegan options here. If you are vegan, would suggest a different establishment.Parking: There is parking on the street but it fills up quickly. There is also a small parking lot in the back that is usually full.

First time I have been at Antlers since the mid 80's when we would go there sometimes for Monday night football while as was at CMU. Service was exceptional. Food was very good. Wish I would have seen the 1/2 off discount on your birthday sign on the way in instead of the way out. I may have ordered the venison but didn't want to spend the money for something I have a freezer full of but based on everything else, it would probably have been excellent. I will definitely come back.
I was really excited to eat here, my husband and I came right around 5pm. Was not very busy yet for dinner time. Our server came within five minutes to get our drink order, when he brought the drinks I was in the bathroom and he asked my husband if we wanted to put appetizers in, we did not. After that, we didn't see him for 15 minutes. The other servers there seemed to be on top of things but I could not find ours anywhere. The girls at the host booth were very nice. Will not be coming back. Too expensive for service to be that bad.
