Very bad customer service at meat guys!!!I went there at 5:50pm yesterday (2/18/2024) and standing at meat counter. Two guys working in there and they take care of one of the customer in front of me. After that they never asked me anything and they still cutting the chicken. I tried to eye contact but they didn’t care. That is why I waved my hands and they said closed.I asked them what time you closed they were not answering. I asked one of the women who worked in cooked food and she said 6pm.They are very bad attitude people and don’t want to serve their customers. I decided to never go back to this store!!!!!

Went in to check this place out today. It was an odd experience. They have a hot food counter with falafel, samosas, shawarma already made and wrapped. There's a variety of each thing but nothing is labeled. I asked the worker what each was, because visually there's no way of knowing what filling is in each of the samosas, etc. Why not label the products with the name of the item and the price to make it easier for both workers and shoppers? So then I order a couple of each thing and they are put in these tiny brown bags that are falling all over the place in the cart as I shop. When I get up to the register, the cashier also doesn't know what each thing is, and uses her hands that have been handling money to rifle through each of these little bags to figure out what I got. At that point, I was pretty turned off from eating any of it. Their hummus is the worst hummus I've ever had in my life. I might be a white girl, but I used to work in Dearborn and am a lover of middle eastern food, frequently shopping many locations and seeking out this cuisine. Their hummus had no flavor at all and was separated and lumpy. Went right in the trash. Staff there was not very welcoming. I'm generous in giving 3 stars here. It was a clean place and I would really like to shop here for the products that carry, but I will hesitate to return because I felt really strange being in there.

As a cultural enthusiast, I shop here to try different foods alongside expand my vocabulary in Arabic.The food here has unbelievable flavor and the employees go above and beyond with friendly service to help with all of their customers needs, definitely give it a try if looking for a condensed, decent sized mini market.

I love the place , a lot of excellent options, nice hot food, and a lot of Halal frozen food, also i found cokies and biscuits for diabetic people, tried it and it was awsome, i wish owners would open another branch in Sterling Hights.

This place has a lot of variety for Middle Eastern and South Asian food. They carry bakery items and hot food. They have fresh and fozen halal meats.A nice spread of fresh fruits and vegetables. My new favorite place to visit.

Customer service at check out is very disappointing. The lady that cooks the food never smiles at customers. I can say the bakery is great, they are friendly and only one cashier lady is nice .. I see her Saturday mornings .
