The food was great. We had a very nice dinner that consisted of ribs, a cheeseburger and fish and chips. All of which were delicious. Highly recommend the quesadilla. The boneless wings were the bomb. I did not care for the dressing on the Caesar salad seemed watered down. Our waiter, I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. I think it was Darin or Derrick, he was a very nice young man and answered any questions we had

I usually get take out but have also dined in. Great people work here. Sierra, Kimberly, Max, Mel and Nick have all assisted me. Fresh piping hot food at a great value. I ask for modifications to meals and they take my order with a big smile and never complain. Favorites are Grilled Chicken dinner & Chicken Caesar Salad. Mouth watering meals and Kudos to all who work so hard at Applebee's in Canton.

Went here for Valentine’s Day and unfortunately both of us got pretty bad food poisoning. The staff was great, but the aftermath has been horrible. There were also children left unattended in the bathroom trying to break into stalls and hurling insults and threats at people but the staff handled them after they were notified because again, the staff here is great. I think the kitchen just got severely overwhelmed with how busy it was.

Let's start from the moment we walked in... we were NOT greeted we stood there for more than 5 minutes and the guy who was clearing tables greeted us (such a sweetheart) the lady with the see all the way to Jesus bifocals who was the greeter completely ignored us until he spoke. We hot our text that our table was ready and that ungodly rude greeter again ignored us for 5 minutes then asked us again if only 2 and there's a 20 minute wait we told her we got s text took her forever to find us on that tablet she sat us with no silverware and told us our waiter will be right with us. The waiter (bless her heart) was a newbie who u could clearly tell was super nervous she didn't get the order right at first but she's totally excused we all been new she was trying her best. The waiter training her she was amazing she noticed we didn't have silverware after we gotten our food. She tried to clean up that mess behind everyone she needs a pay raise. And that bar tender... who messes up an Applebee's perfect. Smfh. I hope yall do better. Give those waiters raises they deserve them.

Tried to eat a steak, nothing positive about the experience. The whoe cut of meat was full of thick, tough connective tissue. The knife would only cut it with extreme effort, if I was able to separate a bite-size piece, I had to chew through the rubbery non-meat part to get any thing worth swallowing. I could go on, but I'll just summarize by saying that I have never been served a steak that disgusting before. I finally was able to separate it into chunks which I was able to strip of some morsels of meat with my teeth, but at least a third of that steak was inedible.
Sierra and Kim are always so kind and still make me the oriental chicken wrap that’s not even on the menu anymore. Raven my server is always so sweet and personable to me. I only come to this location!

I swear Applebee's used to be better. We bought a steak, fish and chips, chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, and my entree, which I forget what it was. We all agreed that it was pretty mediocre: not very flavorful and too salty. I have enjoyed better frozen dinners.
