Just ordered $32.00 worth of food just to get home and our food was disgusting. Curly fries were over cooked, burnt and cold, chicken stripes were like eating leather and the bun of my classic roast beef was soggy and cold. I will never order from this Arby's again, it's definitely over priced and not worth it anymore. Customer service and satisfaction is no longer applicable!

They took my order if that counts as customer service. The food should have been thrown in the trash hours before it was given to my family. I always regret fast food!
