I ordered a fish sandwich and medium fries at 9:23pm from the restaurant located at 47192 Michigan after work. My sandwich and fries were ice cold. I didn't expect piping hot by the time arrived home. The young lady that took my order was nice, but I will say the service was poor. I guess I should never order from the drive thru windows.

Look for it in various interactions on the 2 for $6 and 2 for $7 menus but still good solo at regular price (just without savings). Can't go wrong with roast beef sandwiches at Arby's. Good crispy chicken options too.
Great place to get a sandwich ?. Not to mention the staff are always welcoming, focused on the job and great customer service. Love you guys.

I love this Arby's location. So far, my order has not been incorrect. I love the Arby's app too. Beef n cheddar for the win. BRING BACK POTATO CAKES. I don't order Arby's often anymore because I can't get my favorite item.....POTATO CAKES.
Never had worst customer service in my life. Then the employee challenges me to a fight. The little fat guy working the register must have watched a couple of UFC fights and now he thinks he can fight.
I went through Arby's drive around 6:00pm. The drive thru line was long. However, it moved quickly. The cashier who took the order was friendly and made sure to repeat the order back. She gave me the total and I moved forward. She was smiling when I got to the window. The cashier who gave me my order was polite and professional also. I ordered roast beef and cheddar, curley fries and lemonade. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. I love this location and I will visit again.Parking: Wheelchair accessible parking is available.
