It's okay, flavor, and service.
I am not sure how this rates anything less than 5 star. We came for dinner and had the buffet which was great. The three side stations were extra interesting. The staff explained the selection, multiple ways to enjoy and even brought additional options to our table.

We got takeout and specified IN WRITING that we wanted the least amount of hot spice possible. It was inedible even for the people who like hot food.
It ruined an evening with friends and wasted $100.
This restaurant cannot be trusted to do the simplest things right. Avoid it.
Had Authentikka cater for a couple of our wedding events and they were absolutely amazing! The service, the attention to detail, and professionalism was unmatched! All our guests loved every single item in the menu and raved about the food all weekend long. Bharath & Anil worked with us on any changes we needed and were very easy to work with. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone having an event!!
Very bad quality food. Whole Manchurian plate was burnt and black out with smoke and they still gave to dasher to deliver. I throw it to the dustbin. Waste of money and time.

The overall experience with the food was disappointing. The onions in the onion dosa were spoiled, and the chutney had a strong turmeric flavor. The paneer dosa wasn’t enjoyable, though the masala dosa was good, and the chicken biryani was average. The double ka meetha was particularly bad—it tasted so unpleasant that I had to spit it out.

The restaurant is renovating as it’s open so the room is not polished. The restrooms definitely need updating. However the food was great and they handled our large party (20ladies) very easily.
