Boba Tea Plus is my go-to spot for bubble tea!
I’ve been a regular for a while now, and every visit is a great experience. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding you to the right choices. Whether I’m trying something new or sticking to a favorite, they always get it just right. Highly recommend!

Decent drinks, nice people, 30 minute wait times is a big drag though.
Hope they get better at that

I came in with my grand daughter, we had been planning to stop in here for weeks now, looking back it’s a huge mistake. The establishment is small, and when I walked in no one was at the counter. I had to wait 10 whole minutes to place my order, NBD so far. My grand daughter got a strawberry milk tea without the seeds and she got rainbow jellies, it came out, she took 1 sip, absolutely disgusting. It also had a long mysterious green jelly, which tasted even groser, and was NOT in our original order. The tables were not wiped down, and neither was our cup. It had a purple butter like spots on it, obviously displaying what i could only imagine are dirty work conditions behind the door. Will not be coming back. save yourself sometime and go to Kung FU Tea.

Great service and super accommodating to gluten free! Even has gluten free waffles!!! Workers are very sweet and helpful. Very nice and comfty environment/aesthetic. Played love story so they also have immaculate music taste.

Their cookie butter milk tea is ABSOLUTELY delicious, 5/5

Ordered for pick up on Uber eats.
Was told a time (15 minutes) and got there at the very end of that time.
Was told they needed 10 more minutes.
NBD.
We waited while they served all the customers that were in there before us, which ok, AND the three that came in and ordered AFTER we were already waiting.
They served them and THEN worked on our order.
20 extra minutes.
And all the customers that got their orders before us but ordered AFTER us were given apologies and free stuff for their wait, but not us, just a "have a nice day".
Unacceptable. Horrible customer service.
We don't matter because we ordered online?
Will never come here again.
