I'm writing this review regarding a large lunch order we placed yesterday through DoorDash. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering from them via DoorDash based on our experience. We placed a $230 order for our office, and two menu items were missing. While DoorDash did credit us for the missing items, the more serious issues involved a gluten free order. One of our employees has celiac disease and I specifically ordered her burger with a gluten free bun. Within 30 minutes after consuming the burger, the employee became ill and experienced a severe upset stomach and vomiting for the rest of the day. For customers with dietary restrictions—especially medical conditions like celiac disease—accuracy is critical. This situation was not just inconvenient; it directly impacted someone’s health. We hope the restaurant takes extra care in verifying gluten-free and allergy-sensitive orders in the future.

Poor service, Food is Overrated...no idea how this place got a best burger award...it's a hard pass
I love this place! It has such a cool and vibrant vibe. Everyone is in a great mood, and you can really feel it – it’s contagious. I think the concept of building your own burger is simply fantastic. It’s simple, yet brilliant.
The service was incredibly kind and took great care of our comfort and well-being. The burgers were absolutely delicious, exactly how we ordered them, and all our requests were taken into account. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the vegetables on the burger were crunchy and fresh.

The burgers and onion rings were very good as was the service. I was disappointed in the prices . Forthe 2 of us 2 burgers one order of onion rings ( split between the 2 of us one soda and my very small $8.00 milk shake $44. 00 before taxes for lunch was an excess I will not indulge in again.

Came on a Thursday night, which was trivia night. I really enjoy trivia night, but we were having dinner to catch up with a friend, and it was quite loud to carry a conversation. Food and service were great - delicious burgers, crispy tots, a friendly and attentive server. Would definitely return!

I had never been there before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I found out that you can pick what you want. I wanted to be adventurous, so I tried The Bison burger with a few different kinds of cheese. I had pickled jalapenos, green and black olives, garlic, aiole, Mayonnaise, as well as tater tots, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The idea that you can personalize, it makes it that much better.

The Mediterranean fries were fantastic but the burger, the big draw, was tasteless. The meat didn't even have salt on it. Bland ground beef with a ton of toppings is not a good burger.
