We were initially greeted by the bartender who was welcoming. However, the experience deteriorated due to a persistent and frustrating lack of service from said bartender. We started to feel like we were invisible. As two women dining together, we frequently encountered disappointing and delayed service, and this evening unfortunately followed that exact frustrating pattern of disparate attention. While the initial impression was good, the unacceptable level of service and the embarrassing need to refuse our meal due to neglect made for a ruined dinner. We cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

First time at basement burger bar. Drove by many of times. Decided to stop in. Was not disappointed!!! Great food, great service, even the manager, Patrick, came by to see how it was. Since it was our first time he handed us a free burger card for our next visit. We have never been anywhere that gave us anything for free on our first visit!!! Come here!!! And we will be back!

I came in to have lunch with a potential business partner. We received excellent service. The menu was easy to follow, and our waitress very patient as it was our first time dining here. We ordered an appetizer, drink, and burgers- everything was fantastic! The manger came to our table to check in on us and to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely be going back, and will have more business meetings here.

Visited BBB tonight. Initially things were fine. I got seated in a few minutes, and a few minutes later the server took my order. My drink and food were served within a reasonable time, I finished and was ready to go. However, this is when service practically ground to a halt. It was a Trivia night and though there were several patrons it wasn't too packed.
The server never came back to check on the food. He never came back to see if I needed a refill or anything.
I waited several minutes after I was done eating and had taken my wallet and credit card out and put in on the table - ready to pay for my order and leave as soon as the server dropped off the check.
Then the server, with a tray full of food in the other hand, dropped off my check in a glass onto my table, never acknowledged me, and went off to deliver the food. I had no chance to let him know I just wanted to pay and leave.
Several more minutes went by and I saw another employee taking care of other customers so I wound up calling him over to pay for my bill. Afterwards, I asked if they were short-staffed since the service was so slow. He said it was a normal night and that it's normally just the two of them.
My advice to the server who served me would be to be more present and in the moment. Tonight, he was too focused on the next thing to bother to see what was going on in the present right in front of him and his ability to serve his customers suffered greatly as a result.

Never order food from here, ever. If you get the food your order is guaranteed to be missing items or be made wrong. If not they'll probably just cancel your order after you've been waiting for an hour.

Dined in Sunday and as usual the food was amazing but the service was not up to par as usual. Ordered a drink I never received and played hot potato with my waiter who was clearly overwhelmed. Just to wake up this morning and see besides the CASH tip that I left on top of my receipt & the “cash” noted in the tip line there was a tip added on my card. Never had a problem with this establishment but I will NEVER return after this FRADULANT transaction. The food sadly is very good but hiring waiters who add on to their tip after mediocre service is a no go for me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

The burgers are “really good” but I ordered onion rings and they “totally tasted like fish!!! I absolutely DO NOT EVEN EAT FISH!! I told waitress who laughed about it and says we don’t cook fish here just burgers..Soo I was thinking..does the owner buy recycled cooking oil instead of brand new oil to save money in operating costs?? And the recycled oil had been used before to cook battered fish??? I paid $7.00 for my onion rings and had to throw away..This was my first time there and did not expect that as the reviews are good and that’s why I went there..
