Classic Ramen served with Shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and yellow onions, with a sunny-side up egg seasoned with Japanese 7-spice, garnished with cilantro, sesame seeds and nori. Stopped by on a Saturday evening with family and friends. \n\nWe haven’t been in a few years as the location close to home has closed. Still the same great experience as we had previously. \n\nThey give you a bowl and you choose the ingredients you want buffet style. This is a stir fry type place. Whatever you can fit into the bowl is fine and we generally heap ours! You can then pick from a number of sauces and spices. Take the bowl over to the grill and watch the magic happen....
