I typically don't go to this place but I stopped by and got those mini pretzel sandwiches with turkey cheddar and honey mustard and it was I don't care for the coffee too much I just had a regular decaf.

I have been here the last few days for at least a few hours and this location has it ALL. The baristas were amazing, so friendly and the owner was there and doing some maintenance and offered me a free muffin for 'disturbing my experience' which I repeatedly told him he didn't have to do. But yeah. The food was amazing, the drinks are on point and the atmosphere was super inviting. Highly recommend a biggby blast with coconut and dragonfruit and bragel with turkey, havarti and egg 🥰

Just had a Chai Latte and it was great. My only issue was they were playing country music very loud and it got annoying after a while. It was very distracting.

@Ryan the owner. I just wanted to let you know that I am so impressed by how much BETTER your biggby is ran compared to the other ones in Westland/wayne. I am a Biggby loyal and daily customer so I spend a great deal of money and it’s so nice to know that when I come to your store that I will be taken care of 100%, I love your employees. They have maybe made a mistake twice out of the 100 times and they are always quick to fix it and apologize. You have the best employees too. We live in Westland and I am very close to Ford rd Biggby, but that store is absolutely disgusting. The employees just leave multiple milks out on counters WITH the lids off!!! And flys buzzing around to top it off. I am not talking about when they are making several drinks. They ALWAYS have milks just sitting out on the counter! The drinks there NEVER taste right either. When I am paying $8+ for my espresso drink I want it to taste good, have milk that’s cold and not been sitting out. Thank you for providing a great Biggby for us!

I ordered a plain bagel. While waiting in the drive-through line I decided to see if they could simply turn my plain bagel into a bragel. The employee told me I would have to drive back around to get in line and reorder instead of altering my bagel that hadn’t even been made yet. Highly annoyed and will not be returning to this location.
