DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged my card twice then denied me a refund. Staff member told me they can’t refund until payment processed and to call back - called back as soon as payment processed and manager was rude telling me she’s only been at work “20 minutes” and that there’s nothing she can do that it has to be refunded same day… so I said she needs to educate her staff because I was told otherwise and she made excuses saying her staff did nothing wrong. They gave false information??!! HORRIBLE customer service. At this point if you can’t refund if you care that you wrongfully charged somebody twice you think they’d at least comp me $15 to a store gift card. Pathetic

Ah well served me right for going to this one. We normally go to the one on Ford road. The Ford road location is FRIENDLY and always worth spending my money. This location on Michigan Ave however isn't so friendly. Today I was told I can't pick up their monthly coupon unless I purchase something. Say what??? I guess this location doesn't know that being friendly and generous is what makes biggby stand out. So anyone in the Canton area PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE...DON'T PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I'm hoping their manager or store owner will change this back to the way it was...that is if it ever was a change in the first place. Seemed more like what the girl felt like doing in the moment. Oh well, you live and you learn.

I typically don't go to this place but I stopped by and got those mini pretzel sandwiches with turkey cheddar and honey mustard and it was I don't care for the coffee too much I just had a regular decaf.

I have been here the last few days for at least a few hours and this location has it ALL. The baristas were amazing, so friendly and the owner was there and doing some maintenance and offered me a free muffin for 'disturbing my experience' which I repeatedly told him he didn't have to do. But yeah. The food was amazing, the drinks are on point and the atmosphere was super inviting. Highly recommend a biggby blast with coconut and dragonfruit and bragel with turkey, havarti and egg 🥰

Best coffee place around hands down. The girls are a morning delight to speak with as well. Great energy 💪 I'm now a Teddy Bear fan and I don't even like coffee 😂

I come here a couple times a week. The baristas are all very friendly, and the drinks are always pretty tasty.
Just had a Chai Latte and it was great. My only issue was they were playing country music very loud and it got annoying after a while. It was very distracting.
