Not as flavorful as the one that was on Ford Rd. They're shut downtown the wrong location. Green beans were a tasty, dressing wasn't moist and the roll were dry. They don't even include the extra butter I requested didn't include any at all. Pumpkin bread even tasted weird. Guess I'm done with them. Maybe I'll try the Livonia location that's much further away.

Every time I order from this place for pickup something gets messed up. If it’s not stale biscuits or burnt pancakes it’s iced coffee when it should’ve been hot. Don’t bother

Food was great as usual. Finding out that the location on Ford rd had closed was a shocking discovery. Don't go here often but food was still great. Our waitress was great.

I was greatly disappointed with my food. I ordered bacon(flimsy), hash browns( not brown), eggs (fine) and a bowl of sausage gravy with (hard biscuits). Also, a small glass of milk that costs $4.19 . All of the food except for the eggs seemed to be microwaved! The sausage gravy was entirely way too hot! This mediocre meal costs me $18 dollars plus a tip for the servers because it's not their fault. I won't be returning to this Bob Evans.

Walked into the restaurant around noon on Labor Day- restaurant wasn’t busy and did not appear to be short staffed - we were not greeted by anyone nor acknowledged, they looked over at us, but no acknowledgment, not even a smile or holding us a finger to say 1 min. Several staff members around including what appeared to be a manager in a dress shirt and pants. After waiting for 10 min. Our party of 6 was sat. 15 minutes go by- still no acknowledgement from staff or waitress. Staff and managers look over at our table several times, even made eye contact several times… the manager processed to walk away… we waited another 10 min. …. Still no acknowledgment… so we left. The Manager and staff looked at us and watched as we left. It felt like they wanted us to leave… Horrible customer service!! One of the reasons why family restaurants like this are going out of business. Highly NOT recommended!

I can't get over that you don't offer Senior citizens discount.
Inform to me by the staff at this location what an absolute joke.
