I haven't been in a Bob Evans for at least 10 years. I thought there would be a big drop in quality now like all of the other restaurants in the same style and price tier, but I was wrong. This place had great food for the price and the staff were really nice and seemed like they cared about their customers. It was like going back to how these restaurants were like 20 years ago, but not in an outdated way.

Place wasn't busy, but food took an inordinate amount of time. They forgot my toast. I was practically finished eating before the toast arrived. Asked for jelly & more syrup. Received neither. Staff was friendly, just not particularly competent. Food was quite good.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered the double cheese pot roast sandwich with 2 sides (mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw) and it was Amazing!! My server Breanna was Excellent!! I will be returning!!

Bob Evans! Down on the farm!! Gotta love it! God bless America and this place even more! Treated my wife Barb for dinner! Lovely clean tables and silverware! You know, I have a friend named Bob, and he lives on a farm! What a coincidence! Oh, my jolly! Goodness! The scrambled eggs are delicious and ooooh that buttery goodness on the toast! Beautiful sensation on my taste buds for sure! Right on the target and hit the spot! Pure happiness in this place! This is the second greatest PLACE on this planet! Right after my truck shop! Oh gosh, my tummy is smiling hard, and so are barbs! Very kid-friendly, will bring my son along for my next visit!

The food was very good and worth the price we paid. However, the waitresses only returned to hand the bill on the table and left. We were not asked if we needed anything more, or would we like dessert. When I went to cash out, I had to ask them to separate the bill (waitress didn't ask). When I mentioned to the supervisor (per her badge) that we weren't asked about dessert (which we were going to get), she said oh well. Sorry about that. We went elsewhere for dessert.
I love the area. Pancakes are great (we ordered a variety of pancakes) the omelets was okay, hash browns and bacon were great! I must say we enjoyed the orange juice and strawberry lemonade which is always great. The waitress was superfast I would've thought she had wings on her shoes the way she zipped back an forth. She made sure we had everything we needed within lightning speed.

I use to work at Bob Evans and I have years of experience as a cook. The griddle they used to cook the pancakes on wasn't scrapped or clean. How do I know? Because some of the charred remeniants of whatever they cooked earlier were sprinkled all over my pancakes. The pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. How do I know? Because the pancakes fell apart when I cooked them. The chicken sausage was warm but not hot. Not sure if it's because it was freezing in the lobby or because the heat lamps in the window aren't working up to par. I still tipped more than 20%. I had a ok server.

I used to love this place. All of them. Mine close to home got very bad so I decided to try another way out of my way. Mistake. Same bad attitude. Bad food. Bad service. Made me cry as I was so hungry. Nope. Bob Evans. Never again. It's rather go back to CRACKER BURRELL. NICE still. People care still. Bob Evans. Shame on you.
