I got there (just me) sat down for several minutes without attention, suddenly someone comes to tell me that there was no service without back up time, but then I realize they were serving everyone’s meal but me, even though they came in after me.
Very upsetting situation for me that I eat BWW 4 times a week.

I ordered boneless wings while dining in. The boneless wings were chewy, and what I now realize, were undercooked. I spent hours last night getting sick from food poisoning caused by this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Needless to say, I will not be going back here. Disgusting.

I visited this place on game night it took 2 hours to get seated just before we got to see that they came back and said they were full to capacity which they could have told us that in the beginning never offered any compensation for the long time we spent waiting the server she was excellent very kind of respectful also the lady tried to take care of us in the beginning at the seating desk she was very nice young lady you need more people like her she was an excellent helper

Edit: 2 hours late on food. Not acceptable. Didn't do anything to make up for it either.

Went to this location and the wings were about 50 percent smaller than usual and 2 of them had feathers on them!!!! Gross!!!

Can only judge by the food itself and I am so disappointed. Got the triple bacon smashed Burger which was so burnt every bite was nothing but salt and powder dry. The fries were over cooked they might as well have been over cooked kettle chips with far less flavor. The boneless wings were also over cooked and salty, but the BBQ sauce was what truly disappointed there, I don't know if it was just the fact they were severely over cooked or that the sauce itself had gone bad, but it was all just bad. My son seemed to like his Mac and cheese but refused to eat his French fries...I guess the carrots were OK, so thanks for that Buffalo wild wings. 35 dollar grill drippings, over cooked noodles with a bland cheese sauce and some passable baby carrots. Never again...and inwill be protected my friends and family from wasting money on your products in the future.
Ps. Chili was forgotten from my order but I feel that was a good thing. One less disappointment. Might have been the one to give me food poisoning.

I highly just would recommend going to the Westland location if you want good chicken. Literally everytime I order here my chicken is severely over cooked to the point where it's not even worth eating. It's dry and chewy and hard like beef jerky. This is my 3rd time ordering and each time my chicken ended up like this. The Westland location does not cook their chicken that hard and it's always good regardless of when I go. Hopefully they can speak to the cooks in the kitchen regarding this because it's very disappointing to keep spending money on overcooked chicken.
I always love coming to place and the service is good. This particular visit there was no spots at the bar inside so we had to sit at the outside bar. They were 2 workers that were sitting out there and they were being completely obnoxious and disturbing for our visit. Highly disappointed this happened on my visit on January 4th.

Dine in is tolerable most times, but take out is awful. Everything is dried out and or hard. Decided to try the boneless and it’s of course, extremely crunchy and hardly any sauce . I also usually ask for them to be wet (extra) because they’re usually stingy with the sauce it forgot and literally got a splash of sauce . Fries are completely inedible
