They were super busy and understaffed so big props to the servers working so hard, As a whole, I would come back and try again because my food tasted good. The issue is we waited for a while (understandable) but my food had clearly been ready for a while before the rest of the table because mine was cold and everyone else had warm food. It was pretty disappointing to wait and then have cold food. Just ended up taking them home and eating them later.

Horrible place ever ! Ordered a carryout on a Friday evening (11/07/2025) . When I went to the location to pick up the food, they said their system is down and the orders are taking a lot longer with no estimate on time. I had a toddler with me who was hungry so I said I cannot wait that long and asked for a refund. The lady at the pickup counter said they will call later to give me a refund. At that time they didn't even have my phone number but without knowing that the lady promises. She has no apology to offer whatsoever and explains this wasn't their fault. I argued if the system was down they shouldn't have taken my order. The lady replies without any empathy that the online orders aren't in their control- again no apology.

Last night I ordered 3 spicy, fries, 10 traditional wings (5 with asian zing and bbq sauce) and loaded tater tot. We decided try the fries on the way home and realized they were old and cold. I called the restaurant and the manager credited the bill. I got home and started to eat my wings and tots, which I was very disappointed. My wings didn't have any sauce on them and the tater tots were grossly over cooked, hard and cold. Definitely a horrible and disappointing experience.

And now the manager gets back to me and says that there was no sauce selected, but email confirmation states otherwise. I find a few rotten pieces of celery and carrots. You had to see it if you're giving people 6 pieces per bag! Hard not to remember the manager of Rob.
Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Buffalo Wild Wings twice in one week, and both experiences were outstanding thanks to two incredible young ladies on the team.
On my first visit, I was served by Kara (I believe that’s her name), and she left such a lasting impression with her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine personality that I told a friend about her—and we decided to come back just a few days later!
On the return visit, we were lucky enough to be served by RV, who was just as wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed without interrupting us while we were eating—a small detail that really stood out and made the experience even better.
Both Kara and RV are shining examples of excellent service and hospitality. Buffalo Wild Wings should be very proud to have them on their team, and it’s also a reflection of strong management that these kinds of caring, lighthearted team members are representing the Canton location.
