B Dubs Canton went above and beyond for us tonight. They accommodated a party of 80+, because that’s how much they care about their community. They servers worked their tails off and we could not be more appreciative. PCEP and the Plymouth-Canton community as a whole loves you!

Thank you for all you do 🤩🤗

Initially we had a great experience. As soon as we got the food we only got 14 wings instead of 15. When I asked for the one, she gave 6 wings. I didn’t ask for additional wings and got charged for it. I still didn’t get the one wing. I will not be coming back to this location.

Was there this past Saturday. There was a very strong chemical smell. My sinuses were bothering me by the time we left. The service was slow. My wife and I gave our server some tickets for club keno. 4 of the 5 games we paid for were already over by the time our tickets were returned to us. I guess slow service is to be expected for every chain restaurant these days with minimal staff. Food was excellent though.

As we ask the the person that seat us to please put us at a low top table they try to sit us a at high top table. Then they told us to go back to the front and wait while trying to find out where they could sit us. They finally sat us. This group of people are yelling, screaming, there kids are wrestling on the floor. Adults are screaming, yelling, laughing so loud we are we're on the other side of the restaurant and we could not even talk to the person next to us. The man and his big group started yelling at us as the kids are screaming we all looked at kid screaming for no reason and the man started screaming at us and calling us Karen's.Ok your in a restaurant your not in a rumper room. We told the very young teen looking manager Mike and he was rude to us about it and said well you ask for a low top. Ok you are the one that sat us here and we have someone in a wheelchair and someone with shattered femurs and they cannot sit in high top chairs. The young manager Mike did nothing about this group of people and the fact that the kids keep wrestling on the floor. I even began recording it and the manger didnt care at all how that group was acting. Our food was cold. One person in our group did not get there food. We asked the waitress twice and the manger once. 35 minutes we had to wait for his food. They brought out a chicken sandwich and took it back because no one of claimed it the young manager Mike said oh that was it hum no he order a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich. That why we didn't say anything because it was not what we ordered. They brought us all plastic silverware and told us they ran out of real silverware when we got seated. What restaurant runs out of real silverware. There was a scratching high pitch chair that group was sitting in one of the kids kept turn the chair. The manager young Mike said oh that just the chair and there was nothing he could do about it. The group adults just kept letting the kid do it just to annoy us. It sounded like someone scrapping metal with a fork. It was so loud it was hurting everyone ears. We will never be back. I do not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings in Canton Michigan at all. I will be contacting corporate since they are corporate owned.

A server (not ours) brought our appetizers to the wrong table. I noticed they ordered the same appetizers and I assumed ours would be coming out soon.

Instead a few minutes later,I noticed they waved down Patrick. He brought the food back to the waiters booth and gave it to my waitress who brought to our table.

I told her to send them back and to take it off the order. She was very confused and I had to explain to her what I saw.

If my kids weren’t already starving I would have left.

Patrick, do better before you get people sick and someone else blamed for it.

The server Joslyn, was not very nice. I did it care for her attitude at ALL. And we I asked for the table to have water she only brought one cup.! My mother tater tots were cold and you can tell the cooking oil have not been changed because it tasted old. This location sucks!

I was here on the 16th for my birthday dinner with my friends as Monday was my birthday and I turned 21. I thought it was so weird they refused to serve me alcohol despite me having my license stapled to a Secretory Of State document actual prove that my license is real and i’m just waiting to get my new one. The server was nice but it was up to the managers opinion with their policy if I can order alcohol or not with my old licensed stapled to the legal papers. Even though if I got pulled over the police would take my license as my actual license for the time being till i get the new one. Just really frustrating overall because we had to leave and go somewhere else and my friends ordered drinks and we had to quickly rush out as the plan was for my birthday to celebrate and get my own drinks and with their policy i couldn’t do that. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I went to multiple places this week with my license and was able to order alcoholic drinks everywhere else and this experience kinda left a bad taste in my mouth because of this factor as everyone else thought it was super weird they wouldn’t take my license.

Service is just fine, but unfortunately the food at this location is just too wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it is decent, but majority of the time it is subpar.

Most recent visit, the buffalo chicken wrap was anemic, with hardly any solid chicken in it, mostly just fried extra bits with no meat. Genuinely couldn't see, and could barely taste buffalo sauce. The wrap ended up being half folded tortilla becuase there wasnt enough actual contents to fill the wrap.

Last and most silly/bizarre to me is the amusingly tiny pile of fries coming with the wrap; less than a small order from McDonald's. Of anywhere to skimp, potatoes is a strange choice. Saving pennies on potatoes at the risk of losing a customer seems illogical. Could be caused by kitchen moving too quick and not paying attention, but this basic of a expectation just shouldn't be missed.

The service and drinks were good, but the food fell far short of even decent. As a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for over 20 years, I know how good the food can be—and this wasn’t it.
The food tonight was genuinely bad. The boneless wings were so overcooked or old they were basically croutons. Both wraps were noticeably undersized and missing listed ingredients—closer to a snack wrap than a dinner entrée.
I’ve had consistently better food at the Westland location, so I know quality is achievable. The Canton owner or management needs to step it up. There’s clearly a lack of quality control in the kitchen, and for the price, that’s unacceptable.

Horrible costumer service. No management in sight and no one staff to deal with 20 costumers. The line to be seated was 30 deep and no hosts was available. Crazy that people visit for mediocre wings and overpriced beers.
