At 1:30 AM, there was a bad employee here who treated us very badly.

Why wait in drive-thru line at the nearby McDonald's when you can usually drive right up and get your order, your way, right-away. I'm always amazed at this!

Want good night time grub? Come here. Every time I come here at night the food is hot and fresh and the night time crew is pretty nice and cool, they make sure your set. Recommend for a late night snack as the food is fresh everytime!!

Absolutely love the inside of this Burger King. However, they always have the inside locked. Drive through is open, but no interest in that when there are so many other options

This was not my first bad experience at this burger king but when we pulled up to the speaker, the person taking our order, i think his name was alfred, he was mumbling his speech a lot and was hard to understand. When we asked for 2 sprite and 2 cokes they just gave is cokes. We asked for a whopper plain with cheese and gave us a regular whopper that was NOT plain. On top of that the person at the window was not welcoming and when i asked what the total was again he rolled his eyes and had a attitude. When he gave us our drinks it was was mostly ice and tasted watered down. When we got our food it was not warm. Whoever the man is whos taking orders at 9 pm needs to learn how to do his job and needs to learn how to be more respectful to guests because out visit was very unpleasant. This will be the last time we visit this burger king.

This has got to be one of the oldest BK's - I immediately noticed the signage and saw that it was a Carroll's franchise...and I hadn't seen one in at least 30 yrs.

Where to start.... I walked into the restaurant, there was one other guest waiting for food and no one else was in the dining room. I walked up to the counter, made sure contact with each one of the four employees working and no one acknowledged or greeted me. With that being said, one of the employees I made eye contact with was the Manager, he was too busy changing out date stickers on product being held on the sandwich make line. Now, I've worked full and quick serve restaurants for the past almost 17 years and when I see date stickers just being changed out without discarding the old product raises a concern for me. Looking at it from a food safety standpoint.....
The company I work for, I help oversee, inspect ans support many food service brands, one of them being Burger King actually so I know all about the inspections and "Guest Lens" ect. I'm very disappointed to see this type of behavior especially from someone in a leadership role. Moving on, about 5-7 minutes of waiting I was finally acknowledged now with a "welcome to Burger King" but with a "what can I get you?". I ordered the 3 for $7 and the cashier (employee 660417 from the receipt) was not friendly at all, it didn't take too long to get my food however when presented to me I actually said "Thank You" to the lady and she didn't even acknowledge me and say "you're welcome"...
After I sat down to eat my food I observed the Manager almost yelling at the staff saying he was pulling the SOS Time for the drive thru and when there are orders to be made in the drive thru they shouldn't be working on Door Dash orders, which may be correct however he could treat the team with a little more respect and not so loud for the guests in the dining room to hear that. One of the employees, a younger guy, even looked my way as I shook my head.
The food was good but the atmosphere and guest service is to be desired at this location. It all starts with Leadership, make something important to you and it will BECOME important to the rest.
I will not be visiting this location again as long as this Manager is in place and I will also be calling the corporate line and leaving a Google review.

I love coming to this Burger King and I always really appreciate their patience with the orders we request in order to get it right, we’re not super extra other than getting condiments taken off, and some extra sauce maybe -and this spot really is attentive and polite anytime we’ve had an issue or requested something small simply. Really appreciate your crew and the good attitude, thank you!

You can tell most of the staff here work hard to take care of the customer and deliver a great experience. Very rare these days. My mail was hot and fresh I couldn't ask for anything more.

The person working on the drive thru is extremely rude. Avoid.
Had a ordered delivered and was missing items and the workers made everything better. Great staff here
