Canton Pita by My Shawarma Restaurant

I got sold an old pita that was sitting out all day. It was cold, and there were hard lumps of cartilage in it. Not appetizing at all.

Ordered Chicken Shwarma, Sujuk Shwarma, and fries. The shwarmas were really good but the fries were okay.

Some of the worst food you could have. First time ordering from here. I ordered through grub hubwhich doesn't want to refund you your money unless you die from it. I order 2 chicken shawarma A Chicken shawarma salad a beef pita with fries. ? EVERYTHING! Chicken was like wood chips. Salad was soggy Beef pita tasted like they put mustard on it. I called the restaurant and asked for a remake and wanted fresh evening he said everything was fresh. I said no it wasn't and he put me on hold for several minutes came back and said ok. I brought the food back and they acted like they didn't have any idea of what I was talking about. The cashier took the food gave it to the cook.The cook tells me that It was fresh chicken that was cut off the outside of the roll of chicken. I told him no way this is fresh and wanted new food and I had just called. They really were giving me a hard time. Remade the chicken for the salad and shawarma but it was still nasty flavor less and the salad was still soggy. I had a stomach ache from the little bit that I ate. Avoid this place at all cost!

We ordered two tawook sandwiches and two falafel sandwiches with fatouch. Both sandwiches were extremely dry. Tawook was not edible, for some reason there was no pickles or garlic in the sandwich. The falafel sandwiches we ordered with fatouch inside and it was still dry. We had to eat it with a lot of pop. It was truly a bad experience. Do not recommend this place. The reason we ordered from here was because of the reviews. Weird.

Got food from here today, absolutely amazing customer service- the staff went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I as first time customers. Lunch special w chicken tawook & chicken shawarma sandwich. Bowl of lentil and chicken lemon rice soup were additionally delicious and exceeded our expectations. Dilal- the woman at the front w big blue eyes was soo kind, the food is what is bringing us back and the customer service is what is going to keep us there! Thank you so much and we will be back soon! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Honestly the driest chicken I’ve ever been served in my life. Like sawdust. Now I need to order something else because even my child refused to eat it. Waste of money and time.

7/1/2024- Driest chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Very very disappointing. No one would eat this meal, had to buy another dinner. It was like sawdust. Will not return or recommend.

Disappointing meal. The chicken shawarma was bland and extremely dry which is unusual, because it's made with dark meat. The yellow rice was also bland. Nowhere near the bold flavor you expect from middle eastern food. Since I was given about 1 tablespoon of the garlic sauce, I mixed the overabundance of tomatoes and pickles in with the entree, along with some chopped grape leaves, in an effort to kick up the flavor. Will not be returning. Do not recommend

Went in to pick up my order and asked for a sauce on the side, but i couldn't have it because i didn’t ask on the phone.

Been coming here for years, my go to quick and easy spot for lunch. The shawarmas are entrees are okay, the meat tends to be on the drier side. The lentil soup tasted like lemon water with a few lentils, flavor is very off, would not recommend.
