We were sat rather quickly and were given recommendations since we haven’t been there before. Katelyn was our waitress and she was great! Very kind and attentive. Appetizers were brought out fast and hot. Same with the food. Had an amazing experience and didn’t break the bank.⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I don't often write reviews, but I needed to write this one because of our amazing Waitress, Sierra.I recently came in with some of my family (4 adults, 2 toddlers) to celebrate my mom's birthday. Sierra was amazing at all the usual Waitressing duties, but she was also very knowledgable regarding the menu and made great suggestions and recommendations. She noticed we might be celebrating something and asked and she was right! She offered a cake, per usual, but also joked about it can be more for the kiddos, since my mom didn't want it. We also never needed to ask for refills, or boxes or extra plates, or more bread. She knew, and she did it. Helpful in every way, without needing to ever be asked by us to do something. By the end, my family and I all talked about how amazing she was. So Sierra, this is for you. Thank you for making our time at Carrabba's so special.Kid-friendliness: Sierra was great with the kids. She got us crayons and paper and all the things they had to help the kids stay calm (and they did). At fancy places, it's always questionable if people will get annoyed that you brought toddlers to a fancy place, or if they'd be welcoming. Sierra was definitely welcoming and accommodating.

I ordered 2 dinners via door dash..... the door dash driver deliver the wrong food ( i received someones remake) , i told the Door dash driver I was given the wrong food... he said call the restaurant and drove away.... so I called the restaurant talked to the manager matt... he said he would send it right out.... in the mean time Door dash sent me a text saying my order was canceled, CALL SOME PLACE ELSE... so I called the restaurant and talked to the manager again, he assured me the food will be sent out... I waited and waited and waited... I called the manager at the restaurant again he said he sent the order out via Door dash an hour earlier... still no food..... yes the restaurant tried to make this right..., and as for door dash. If you hire incompetent people .... you will not be in business long.... do you check on these drivers ????? Door dash your customer service SUCKS

Great dining experience, and if you go early, there are no lines.
Food was oustanding, with the exception of the calamari. It was mostly breading with hardly any substance and the sauces just didn't seem to complement calamari. Service was phenomenal. I'm not used to that level of attention from a server, especially unusual for a chain.
We love to go to Carrabba's in Canton for a special dinner but the last couple times we have been there we have been very disappointed. My husband always gets the steak filet dinner which is one of the pricier dinners. When he got his dinner his steak fillet was cold. The waitress took it back to have it heated up but when it came back the sides were cold. They weren't very warm in the first place. I got the polarosa maria chicken dinner which was hot but my sides were lukewarm. We always order the blackberry sangria and it was not as delicious as it usually is. We had to switch it out for something else. Prior to this visit my husband ordered his usual steak filet dinner and it was quite raw and had to go back. We have always had great meals up to the last couple of times but we are now debating on whether we want to give Carrabba's another chance. Hopefully things get back to the way they were.

This was a catering order for over 25 people. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. The order was correct & we were provided the appropriate plates, serving utensils & stereos. We use catering a lot with the company I work for & this order was easy & on time. We’ve used these guys in the past & they couldn’t find us. It is a tough venue to find where we are but they remembered & knew exactly where to come this time. Thanks.
