Wife and I have always enjoyed Carvel's in Canton Michigan. Owner has always been friendly to us and others when we were there. Ice cream is very good, the place is clean, and yes it's a little more expensive but it's worth it. We will come back.

Anywhere that sells Carvel HAS TO BE FANTASTIC! The home of the crunchIes is RIGHT! I grew up near the Port Chester, NY Carvel and I miss it every year I've been gone. Look up old Carvel commercials on YouTube! They're CLASSIC! - You're Welcome. Love you guys! Had to give you great feedback. The best is still a half and half twisted on a cone, rolled in crunchies! Have one for me! ? Also, the cakes ROCK and you'll never find them anywhere else (unless you move to the NY area!) BY THE WAY MAPQUEST had your LOCATION marked wrong. I couldn't even find this listing in the accurate location AT ALL until I reported it. Then it green flagged it to update me. That was a week ago. Hope that helps! TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO! It makes so many memories for so many people, that they'll NEVER FORGET! Evenings at Carvel, with ice cream dripping down my hand will always be that for me. Pass that on. You have the power!
Awesome customer experience!!! I wanted a Fudgie the Whale cake for my spouse for Fathers Day, but live in Ann Arbor and couldnāt go to get it. The owner personally called me about the order and even though there isnāt delivery, he drove the cake to Ann Arbor himself! The whole experience was so positive and amazing! Itās rare these days to get someone so customer-focused - this place is the best.

Ordered a cake here for my son's birthday. The workers are very friendly and helpful and the cake turned out great, thank you! Just make sure you order well enough in advance to give them time to make your cake. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because even 1 star seems too generous. Letās first talk about the prices; $5.89 for a vanilla SMALL SOFT SERVE. A soft serve cone from McDonalds is less than $3 so I donāt know what prestige Carvels thinks itās on. Second, the customer service was terrible at best. The 2 girls that work the front counter were laughing while we were trying to choose a flavor, it felt very rushed. Letās also mention how half of the ice cream bins were empty. The hard scoop ice cream we did try was flavorless and had that freezer taste. We shouldāve just walked out without buying anything. We were just too stunned and taken aback by this terrible excuse for an ice cream shop. DO NOT COME HERE
